Big Brotha BBQ

So so SO DELICIOUS. The best brisket I've eaten in a while. Their potato salad has apple and it's marvelous. They are always so quick and kind. Love it! Always come back to fine arts!

Best BBQ I've had in a while ! Their brisket was beautifully cooked ! It was tender, juicy and it just melts in your mouth!! Their sides which where the potato salad and beans where amazing too! Didn't know I'd like green apples in my potato salad! Pleasant surprise! Good food, good people !

Big Brotha BBQ came to my apartment complex one night so I decided to try it out. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly! It was well worth the price for the meal and drink included and they give you different options of sauces to use and what taste best with which item.

Big Brotha BBQ came out to serve food at our community fair. We ordered and thoroughly enjoyed the trip tip platter. I definitely want to follow this truck to eat more of their food.

Quality bbq! Every. Single. Time. And they are literally the nicest ppl! I see Big Brotha BBQ everywhere, and their food is AMAZING! Worth the $ and the travel time. They also do events! They bbq'd for a work event at my job and everyone raved for weeks about how bomb the food was. Highly recommend the ribs!!

you can't go wrong with "The Monstrosity"! This thing is packed full of flavor and it does not let up. just when you think it can't be any more packed, the sausage kicks in with a bit of after burner! highly recommend you find wherever they are and check it out. easy to split this with someone as you can't hold it with two hands and not make a mess!!

The smoke on the brisket is not good. It makes the meat taste bitter. The sides are incredibly sweet. The potato salad tastes bland and the potatoes are hard. The beans only taste of sugar. The pulled pork is not good either. The meat is a nice reddish color on the outside but is gray in the center which tells me that they released the smoke onto the meat prematurely.

Really love the brisket. They usually come to Anthem Farmers market but sadly not seen them the past two occasions, hopefully they will be back next time.

Amazing BBQ! After discovering how delicious Big brothas bbq was my family and I had to visit then 3 consecutive days. And not one day disappointed!

Seriously some of the best bbq I've ever had! My favorite is the gourmet burger with just a bit of original sauce, and the potato salad is amazing every single time!
