Food is basic at best. Nothing special. Outdated restroom. Probably will not be back anytime soon.

"i'm not going to serve you." - exact words from the manager's mouth.This place needs to be shut down - the staff was in the back playing with their phones and laughing and running around and mimicking butt-f'in each other and joking around.It's a children's playground - not a restaurant - they can't even get an order right - the manager tried to make good and said, "I'm going to give you your food for free," for knowing they were in the wrong when taking my order. I said go ahead two times then she responded with the "i'm not going to serve you," comment with attitude. After that I simply said cancel the entire order and now I have to suffer since I was hungry and just wanted to eat as nothing else was open in the area and I was literally starving. They thought it was funny, yeah real funny - then go in the back and make my order and do shit to my food. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE - FAMILY RUN BUSINESS - STICK TO THE PLAYGROUND - IF YOU'RE RUNNING ANY BUSINESS IT SHOULD BE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOING YOUR BEST TO SATISFY THEM. A CALL SHOULD BE PUT INTO THE CHICAGO HEIGHTS HEALTH DEPARTMENT - THEN WE'LL SEE WHO HAS THE LAST LAUGH.

The service was quick and the food was really good. I prefer a corn beef sub and the garlic butter fries and there were both delicious! The order of fries is so large that you can share with someone else. I'll defiantly come back again!

I've only been here a handful of times but NEVER AGAIN. What's crazy is that this is a lot of folks go to spot for fast, greasy, relatively inexpensive and somewhat tasty food in the south suburbs. Today, the cashier got my order wrong and overcharged me after I clearly and directly stated what I wanted multiple times. She then proceeded to place an inaccurate order and was nonchalant when I corrected her and barely apologized.The only reason why I even came was for garlic fries, and that was the one thing they failed to provide. To my surprise, not only had I not received any garlic on the fries but the wings were tiny and a bit over cooked. The manager however did give me a free drink (which I through out) because I was skeptical. Perhaps the staff members were tired and/or having a bad day. At least that would be a reasonable excuse for such inadequate service. No me gusta! I will not be returning.

Here's what I recommend, though everything is good. The Big Baby, the hot wings, the pastrami-hit or the Rueben...ok or the gyro. But! You can't say you've eaten here if you haven't had the garlic fries.Today I had the gyros. No garlic fries because they only come in one size...shareable. So I'll have to wait until I'm not dining alone to order them ...maybe next time. The portions are so big I can't hardly ever eat it all. A lot of food for a reasonable price. I would come more often, if I lived closer. So I come when work brings me this way.

This is the one place I always want to go when I am in a fifty mile radius, it's like my stomach and you he know when butter garlic fries are close. The staff is funny and fast. The parking lot is a little difficult sometimes but that should not in any way deter you from making a stop here. I will be back as often as i can ignore my dietary conscience.

Food was not great at all Philly steak taste like chopped beef was not the best. That was not good food at all will not be going back ever again.

Nothing in my order was right. The food is already mediocre at best, but to charge outrageous prices and NEVER get the order right is ridiculous and unacceptable!! I will not be back here! And please be warned they don't have a working number to call back and complain. Piss poor food! outrageous prices!!

The food is decent. However, the lady who is taking orders over the phone has a very nasty attitude. Everyone I order over the phone she is rude and unprofessional. For that reason, I stop giving them my money.
