Big Block Brewing

What a great addition to downtown Carnation! Stocked with local brews, a fun tangerine seltzer, and some fabulous Woodinville wines, Big Block Brewing has something for everyone. Between the friendly servers and exciting decor, drinking here felt like hanging out at a really cool friends house. The vibes are really fun and there is just a great sense of community here. I'm excited to return soon!

Looks inviting but wasn't, no welcome when we entered to check it out. Several people at the bar who already looked helped the bartender didn't even act like he wanted to serve us and it wasn't even busy . No food and since they act like your not welcome wasn't sure what they even have .

First we went to Pete's (now called the 'Pour House')...very disappointed with that after getting new management, it's just not the same, so we decided to try this new place that just opened down the street; Big Block Brewing (right across the street from Miller's). WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE!! Spending time at Big Block Brewing was like a breath of fresh air after experiencing the dismal and disappointing Pour House! Wait staff here was super friendly and helpful. Crowd was chill and low key and happy...we sat at the open air bar the looks out onto the street....watched cars slowly go by, watched a good variety of people meandering past, and watched people bouncing up & down as they danced at some event at Miller's! What a great evening! THANK YOU Big Block Brewing for lifting our spirits after spending time at 'Dismal Pete's'!!

So happy to have Big Block in Carnation! Great spot, amazing beer and friendly staff! Grab a seat in the front window and watch the world go by!
