I ordered a "half order" of the avocado toast, it was delicious and I will definitely order it again. They waitlist situation needs a little more organization, they have multiple ways to get on the "iPad" (online, in person, call in) and they aren't combined so some folks seemed to wait a lot longer than others.Our server Chris was awesome, he took great care of us, we will be back

Convenient location for those of us in southern Williamson county. Plenty of convenient parking. A variety of seating, bar, table, and nice roomy booths. Service friendly and very efficient. Wife complemented the cappuccino. I went simple and relatively light, with a sausage gravy biscuit and over easy egg. Sausage gravy excellent (way better than Biscuit Love's, just saying). Wife got the redneck benny hollandaise, and remarked what an enormous pile of ham the eggs sat upon. Shame I've not tried a BBB previously, and will happily return and explore the menu further.

First time at this restaurant. Took a little longer than expected to get our food.The fresh squeezed OJ was delicious! I ordered a veggie omelette and unfortunately it was served lukewarm.... Not very tasty The Cinnabon was good... not great.

Great food. Some of the best fried chicken and biscuits I've ever had. Arrived towards the end of the day, and they had run out of sausage gravy. But they volunteered to make a fresh batch even though we were the last customers of the day if we were willing to wait. We did, and it was absolutely worth it.

Big Bad Breakfast is in a modern and beautiful space. Loved that they do the Yelp waitlist so we were able to get in quickly on a busy Sunday morning.The menu has lots of mouth watering options. Our table had waffles, steak and eggs, a biscuit with fried chicken and gravy, shrimp and grits and a cinnamon roll. The brûlée grapefruit was delicious, what a great idea! Juices are fresh squeezed too. Our server was so friendly and helpful and she even gave us extra coffee to go. Definitely worth a visit!

Great place for a brunch! Food was delicious and fresh. Portions are good sizes and the prices are fair. I will definitely be going back!

We ate here while in town for pilgrimage festival--breakfast. French toast, pancakes and the chicken biscuit were amazing. It was busy but the online waitlist was straightforward and efficient. Jeremiah was a wonderful server! Would definitely come back when we are in the area.

Yum! Loved the Redneck Bennie. Biscuits were great with the right amount of crunch to cakieness for my taste. Everyone has their preferences of course so YMMV but you won't be disappointed! Tried some else's bacon (while they weren't looking) and it was very good. Coffee was properly strong without being burnt. Our sever, Marsha (spelled the "wrong" way lol!) was full of sass and humor and made our patio breakfast experience more enjoyable. I'd definitely be back if I were a local.

We have just recently started to dine at BBB for brunch at two locations in Williamson County -- our first here in Franklin. Fun hip vibe. Pleasant and attentive staff. Robust & tasty menu choices. Tried the Waffle & Chicken dish yesterday -- amazing zesty flavors. The spicy bacon is very good. The adult beverage selection is fun and interesting -- love the coffee infused Breakfast Dude! Although the breakfast side of the menu is all we've tried so far -- the lunch side looks very enticing.

I was excited to try BBB because of their GF options. We were seated quickly, and our waitress was very nice, but must have had too many tables all over the restaurant. Unfortunately it took 45 minutes (after I went to ask about it) to get our food. When they brought it, (we had to find someone to give us utensils) it was cold, and the pancakes and French toast were dry and hard from sitting. It was a very disappointing experience.
