I ended up stopping here on the way to a friend's and I am so glad I did!Service: 4/5They were quick and made sure we enjoyed our food! Most people order to-go but I decided to sit in and eat which I highly recommend if it's pretty empty. The place is really small but the service was spectacular and the countertop was clean.My only issue was the cashier thought It was funny that I called it the Pastor. More in a condescending way but I was too hungry to even entertain it lolFood: 5/5I ordered the taco Al Pastor. It was AMAZING. The meat was seasoned well, the onions and cilantro were fresh and they did not skimp out on the meat. I ate two tacos and was pretty full when I left.Ambiance: 4/5Like I said the place is pretty small so definitely not for a large group if you want to sit and eat. Otherwise, order to-go you will not be disappointed

I don't know what to say. I had the steak tacos with everything. And I was not wowed. In my own opinion I found that they were to salty. Plus it didn't have the taste I was expecting. And for the rice and beans, the rice was actually pretty good. The beans, just ok in my book. This is a small place. So the seating inside is not the best. It's the true definition of a fast food joint. (Not meant for dining in, just grab and go.) Found it kinda funny, when I finished my order. I turned around and waited for my food. I noticed a letter from the city of Chicago stating you could get sick from uncooked meat / food. And after eating there found myself burping and had to use the restroom facilities within the hour. I will not say the food was not cooked. But just didn't sit right with me I guess. You make your own opinion. But I will not be returning. Nor would I recommend base on my experience. People were nice there. But first time experiences with food last with me.

Good food. Greasy spoon quality. Only have one complaint. It was just about what I was told by the cashier one day and has stuck with me ever since. It went a little something like this,Me: I love this place because it's close to me job so I can walk here for lunch. Plus, there aren't many of these kind of places around here. Please don't ever leave guys lolCashier: (Being friendly) Yeah the only other fast food places like this are a little farther south. But that's by all the black people so you never know what could happen there. So, we definitely have this area wrapped up because people are too scared to go by the blacks for this food lolMe: *Awkward weird half smile/ half mouth just hanging open a bit* I turn to my coworker who happens to be white and she said she couldn't believe what she said either. Now I myself am Black. I'm light skinned and constantly get confused for Puerto Rican or Dominican, especially in this area which is predominantly Hispanic/Latino.Maybe she didn't realize who she was talking to but that's besides the point. It was racist, and rude. And because of that reason, I can't give this place the complete 5 stars it deserves for the quality of it's food. An employee can represent the company it works for, With that in mind, one can ASSUME this is how everybody in there thinks......

Big Al's is my go to on Grubhub. Their tacos Al Pastor are my favorite thing to order. I also love their philly cheesesteak sandwich, and my bf loves their gyro burger. Their Oreo shake is also very good. The only thing I'll change in my next order, is that I'll order salsa. I'm not sure if tacos and their other mexican food already come with salsa or if I have to order it because sometimes they send some, sometimes they don't.

Wish I could do 0 star Service is horrible in Texas and we're in at now its just so horrible they need to work or that I couldn't even get to try I came in and the employees just kicked me out for having my phone on? I was on call and they thought I was recording and they ain't let me explain myself they said they would take stuff from me if I don't go it's honestly ridiculous they're not very demure that's what the employees look like (look at my picture)

1st time coming I got steak taco. Al pastor taco. And a bisted taco. Steak taco was ASS. Al pastor taco was sweet Asf. The bisted taco was the best. 2nd time going I order bisted tacos with everything (piko de gallo). Fire. 3rd time going today 1/7, I order the same bisted tacos with everything. I get home open my tacos n these mofos added onions tomatoes n jalapeños. Fucking disgusting. It's sad how you've been waiting to eat bisted tacos all day, you go finally get ur order , get home n open up your tacos to some big ass onions n tomatoes. Last time I ever come here. ***I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND****
