Biersal Food Truck

Food truck was parked outside of Kové and Pure Project so it was a great snack option with my drink. I got the tri tip fries. Very flavorful and saucy, but portion was on the smaller side for food truck food/loaded fries and the price. I thought it was more sauce and other toppings than fries. But flavor was delicious and food came out fairly quickly!

Great food. I love how they come to all the best breweries in SD. The price is a little high, but then again everything is. I'll eat it again next time I see them.

Gave them a try when they were parked outside of Kove and Pure Project in Miramar. I ordered the tri-tip fries and they were very tasty! I was hoping the portion would be a little bigger but overall it was the perfect pairing with a drink!

In general, I'm not a big food truck fan because they are almost all too expensive and take too long to cook the food. But if alcohol is being served somewhere and food trucks are my only option, well then, that's where I will get my grub.So the pretzel here is outrageously good. It is served hot and, I mean, super hot. It comes with some grainy mustard on the side and also a creamy tomato-basil type dip. I don't usually go for tomato dips but this one was terrific.We also tried the chicken "schnitzel" sandwich. Sounds pretty German, right? Well, it's a breaded chicken sandwich. It was very fresh and tasted good but it didn't rock my world or make me feel like I was in the Old Country. But it was good.Definitely get that pretzel.

Love Love Love their food! I'm a huge Brat fan. Just tried the Currywurst. Came with house made picked red onions and freshly fried onions. Their homemade pretzels are also to die for.

I tried this food truck in Downtown San Diego. I was very disappointed on the lack of meat on the Tri Tip Fries. It was delicious but the prices do not match the quantity of food. Would recommend other food trucks instead.

No way are these photos of their food. The hamburger was completely uninspired. Overcooked, dry & thin. Lettuce was chopped up & fell off. Blue cheese was dabbed into the center of the burger like a life raft waiting to be saved in an ocean of boringness. Check out our photo. You decide if it is worth $11. Highlight: Pretzel was good. Came with deli mustard. $6 price tag okay.

The chicken schnitzel sandwich is straight fire!!!! So good. Didn't even have time to take a picture of it whole. Had to slow down to get a quick snap of it

Noticed the truck at an event by the Hilton Bayfront Hotel. Tried the Bratwurst Sandwich with Sauerkraut. Tasteless Bratwurst. Sauerkraut in Germany refers to fermented white cabbage. The sandwich here just included some coarse chopped raw cabbage. Not worth the overpriced $13.99.

The food could have been good but the lack of attention span from the guy who takes and gives you your order assured I got cold soggy food. I ordered, even tipped (realized after that no one else was selecting to tip the food truck) my seating area had a great view of their kitchen. I came up right when my food came out, he asked if my name was **** I said yes. Ten minutes later he comes back to the window and asks if I was ******* I said no you already asked me he said oh yours is right here... the place was not busy there was not a ton going on he just didn't look up from his phone so I had to eat a soggy brat and cold soggy fries. You will not get my business ever again and I hope those who have had similar experiences with your food truck do the same. Easy job bro easy easy job if someone is willing to pay you for such a simple task then give it at least half of your attention so you don't serve garbage.
