My cousin saw this come up on her IG so we added it to our "must try" place when we were visiting Seattle and in the area. We both got the Pork Ribs Soup Noodles which was a good portion. Flavor of the broth was delicious, Port Ribs was cooked perfectly (so tender) and noodles were aldente. We also got their Sichuan Hone Wings (6 pieces). Wings were crispy and flavor was good, you can tell there is fish sauce in it. I also decided to try their Lychee Martini. Drink was good, you definitely taste the lychee. Luckily there was no wait when we came for lunch, it was on a Friday afternoon. They don't take reservations but they have a live waitlist which is always helpful. :)This is worth the place going to if you are visiting Seattle.

Tasty hand pulled noodles with plenty of spice and toppings! I got the cumin lamb dry mix noodles and it was a good balance of spices and other toppings to round out the flavor. The noodles were slightly on the gummier side and had less chew than I remembered, which was disappointing. They were still decent noodles maybe it was an off day, so I'll give it another try next time. We also ordered green onion pancakes and vegan house chili tofu for the table - both were decent and I recommend the tofu. The restaurant is bright and clean, with friendly and attentive service. Street parking only (good luck) and bathrooms available inside.

First time trying biang biang noodles and I LOVED it. The flavor was amazing. The broth was delicious. The food came out so quickly too! Didn't have to wait too long for the food to come out. Highly recommend!

Biang Biang is so good! They have delicious hand pulled noodles, with a ton of vegetarian options. My favorite are the seasonal yellow curry noodles. It's an amazing texture and the yellow curry is just right, spicy and sweet. This place is always bustling and full of people! It's so good but it's a bit pricey at like $20+ per plate of noodles, so it's a treat yourself kind of place. They also have a speakeasy upstairs called Paper Fan (requires reservation ahead of time). It's hidden upstairs, really cozy, beautifully decorated, and has Asian tea-inspired drinks! Would definitely recommend going out and trying Biang Biang / Paper Fan as well. If you're not able to reserve ahead though, Biang Biang also offers plenty of interesting drinks to go with your dinner.

More like 3.5 stars. Decent experience at biang biang noodles. The portion sizes are big. I tried the soup version. It had lots of toppings inside and I liked the texture of the noodles. This was a very filling meal. The only downside was that the soup was lukewarm. I like my soups hot so that was disappointing. I don't crave this, but I would come here again if someone suggested it.

The first time I visited Seattle I came here TWICE within 3 days. If that doesn't tell you how addictingly good this place it than idk what to tell you. While I feel like this place is always busy, we always get seated pretty quickly. After we ordered we got our food within 5 minutes which was so fast and surprisingly with how busy it was.The noodles are so chewy and have a great texture. The pork rib is so tender it literally falls off the bone! I honestly love everything about this dish. I've tried the cumin lamb and mala beef as well. They both were super yummy, but I always come back for the pork one. This is one of my go to spots to show people when they come visit Seattle!

In addition to the noodles my party got, we got the scallion pancakes, pork/chive dumplings, and a fried chicken fried bao. The dry mix noodles were amazing! I really liked the QQ (chewy) texture of the noodles. The flavor was savory and well-spiced while not overwhelmingly salty, which I did appreciate. The pork rib itself definitely proved itself as the restaurant's "specialty" as it was tender to the point that it would fall off the bone.Entree aside, the scallion pancakes were the best. If they are eaten with curry sauce to dip, the taste and flavor is reminiscent of roti prata, which I personally love. While I wish there were more scallion pancakes in our order, the flakiness and fragrance of the pancakes paired with the richness of the curry was pure joy. The pork chive dumplings and the fried bao were nice but also nothing particularly special.Service was good; we were seated efficiently and the wait staff was friendly. What I liked about the restaurant atmosphere was all the decor. With the lighting and all the auspicious tones of lanterns and hanging red envelopes, our experience was enhanced in a way that made our time more exciting.

Food: Really yummy. Tried their Mala Spicy Beef and Pork Rib Dry Mix Noodles. Both were amazing, but the pork rib dry mix was slightly better; the meat was extremely tender. 5/5Service: Friendly, but not attentive on the waters or checking in. Very fast with getting seated and also getting food. 3.75/5Ambience: Good music, nice interior, bustling and packed. 4/5

This is a spot I recommend you must try. The food was great and setup and location of the restaurant is nice as well. Great service as well. I got the drunken Thai iced tea and the pork ribs noodle soup (medium spice). The drunken Thai iced tea was great. It's just a Thai iced tea with rum in it and it was not too strong while adding great flavoring to it. You could get a double shot on it if you want a stronger alcoholic taste to it. The pork ribs noodle soup was amazing. Noodles felt fresh and cooked nicely, pork was cooked so well it easily peeled off the bone. Soup was flavorful and had a nice heat to it. You can adjust the heat to your liking. The portion is huge too. Definitely got my moneys worth here.

Great local spot to get some hand pulled noodles! I got the pork ribs noodle soup and was impressed by how tender the pork ribs were. The meat fell off the bone right into the soup, which was rich and had a nice spicy kickNoodles were solid too, although I would have preferred them a little firmer so they would retain their chewiness in a hotter soup. Overall this was a nice quick spot for a hearty noodle soup!
