Beyond The Bowl

Came here recently with my husband for lunch and got the poke bowls. Very good lunch deals and fresh tasting poke with a good amount of toppings! The space was quiet and clean with great service. I would come back and have poke again or try their other menu items!

Honestly thought it was mid. The fish wasn't very good and fresh and the vibe is off. Place is small too.

We got the beef sukiyaki don & the wakiki poke bowl. Both were delicious and of quality for the price. The price at Beyond the Bowl is very reasonable. That being said, the portions aren't huge and there is quite a bit of rice. However, I did find it reasonable. The service was attentive and quick, however, we were the only people there the whole time. We were there from 5pm-6pm on a Saturday so I was surprised it was pretty slow in terms of volume. It was a calm and nice place to eat and relax. I'd lightly recommend if you're in the area looking for a quick bite.

The food wasn't bad, but wasn't much to write home about either. Curry udon with croquette was good but not at their price point.

Parallel parking in busy street.. Great atmosphere, order through iPad to select dish, sauce and toppings. Very efficient. They have a selection of different sauces you get to choose of about 7.Poke bowl with 3 meats: salmon, tuna, albacore. Great taste, not fishy tasting, very fresh and clean. Not a lot of meat given compared to other places, however.Overall experience, 9/10 due to the ordering style, freshly made, freshly taste, different variety of toppings and sauces.

Food was good. But we were the only ones there and it took a while for our food to come out. I also don't know how I feel about our server wearing sandals. Idk, maybe it's just me.

Good! Definitely will be going back. The meat was very tasty! Quick service considering it was just one guy serving and cooking when we went!

Friendly owner, comforting udon. I got the niku udon which was tasty. I didn't realize the broth was a little sweet though (not specific to the restaurant), just a tip for those who like their broths more savory. Parking isn't bad nearby.

Food was amazing!!!They try hard to provide good service, but it seemed like they're understaffed. Nevertheless, service was good!We arrived just after they're open for business, so it started with a few people. But over the time, it got busier.With that many people, it was still nice and not noisy!A joint in your neighborhood that you would frequently visit. Will definitely be back for more!

During lunch time they have some discounts which is niceWe ordered: Lunch poke $12.50 - you can choose up to 2 proteins, so we got the tuna and salmon. You can also choose the bae and we got the mixed greens. This was pretty standard in my opinion, nothing really stood out. I think for the price, I wouldn't say it was cheap or expensive.Lunch beef with rice $12.50 - this is basically a smaller version of the sukiyaki. This was the better of the 2 dishes in my opinion. The meat was flavorful and tender and went well with the rice. Overall, I would come back toe try their other food when I'm in the area.
