I had a great experience here. Alvin helped me multiple times and pointed me in the right direction consistently. He let me know the deals and where to find them and guided me in the direction when I was lost. Saw the amount of alcohol I bought and said next time I could call it in ahead of time so he could have it ready. Just overall very polite.Store was very clean and well maintained as well. Thank you Alvin and amazing store!

Received bad service at this location, worker was calling me rude even though I was waiting 5 minutes to get help to check out. Left my items at the register and walked out. Would rather go to Total Wine for better service

Excellent location with so many great specials on alcoholic beverages ideal for this memorial weekend. The store is small compare to other BevMo locations and no children under 21 are permitted in the store. The staff is so friendly and we're always checking in to ensure I needed any further assistance. I ended up with an award winning wine and classic root beer drinks for the kids to enjoy root beer floats non-alcoholic. Overall a positive experience highly recommend a visit.

His family requested that we bring some wine, preferably Moscato, for their Christmas Eve party. BevMo had the brand we needed. When we got there, we couldn't find the one he was looking for, so we asked for some assistance. The associate couldn't find it either, so we ended up getting a couple of different ones instead.The next day, after carefully reading the label and realizing it was not sweet enough, came back to exchange it for the right kind. Customer service was great and since I'm a member of their club, I saved a lot of money on the wines. I couldn't wait to taste the wine with our dinner that night. It had the perfect amount of sweetness, so if you love Moscato, Poggio is a good one to get.Of course they have a variety of beverages and other things if you're not into sweet wines. Also, if you're shopping in Mission Valley, make sure you go to the right BevMo (if you're looking for something specific) because there are two locations in this area.

We ordered our alcohol for our wedding through BevMo and Ashley helped make that process super easy! I gave her the guest count, drink preferences and she gave me a nice breakdown of how much I should order. I was worried we would run out of alcohol so I over ordered but her suggestions would have been perfect. Now I just have a bunch of nice wine to drink so it's not a bad thing ;) Thank you Ashley for making this an easy checkmark on my planning list!

Worst service services ever I ask for help about four times to find the wind I need They just point to the alley without complaint no for help when I said I could not find it Not recommended

William has been my cashier twice and both times he was rude. He's the only person I have this experience with and I shop at both Mission Valley locations.

Great selection. Great service. Huge shoutout to Heather for helping me find a nice bottle of rum. I actually tripped up and shattered a bottle on my way out of the store, and she was nice enough to allow me to get another free of charge. She was really nice about it even though I felt like an idiot.

Corey, an attendant responded to the buzzer at the champagne cabinet, after making the first request for the bottle we chose, he was already locking up the case, even though I had another request. He told me he was too busy to grab the second bottle because he needed to help his other coworker out up at the front. The thing he was helping his other coworker out with, was tying his uniform apron. Corey lacked customer service and seemed annoyed with us for needing help.
