Better Buzz Coffee - Pacific Beach Grand

Straight up love this location. They always give good solid energy and MAKE THE DRINKS RIGHT! I swear some places get mixed up but I love the selection here and the service is awesome. They always make me laugh, which is a big plus. They also have a second story which is super nice because you get a great view of the beach and it's entirety and everything looks great.

Remarkable visit this morning:1. Excellent caramel lattes enhanced by whisking method of combining ingredients.2. Very pleasant ambience supported by dreamy music and super clean floors and tables. 3. Friendly and particularly welcoming service provided by Mark, Amy, Juliette.

1st off. I love Better Buzz. Vanilla Latte all day, everyday. And some of the nicest employees at all their spots with great customer service. The location can't be beat and the interior design of EVERY Buzz is top notch. The issue at this particular store is not the store, the service or the employees. It's the homeless. They are allowed inside without a purchase, they sleep on the tables, they demand to use the restroom and they hassle each and every customer. I know for a fact the employees don't want to deal with these people but they "allow" it because corporate tells them to. This ONE dude in particular has been at this spot for about a year now. He's extremely unstable and goes from docile to severe mental freak outs in seconds. Management has called non emergency on this guy for almost a year and yet he's allowed to camp on the property and use that tiny space next to the building as his restroom. He's a dangerous menace and the poor employees get complaints on this dude weekly. Unfortunately I do not go to this spot anymore because of this dude. If you care about your safety or the safety of your family, go to another location until they handle this dude

Went to this Better Buzz while stopping through the Pacific Beach area! I got the Horchata iced latte which was really good once you mixed it up a little bit. I really enjoyed the atmosphere (see pics) and there is the convenience of a drive-thru at this location. Coffee for my group came out pretty quick even though there were 6 of us. Would recommend!

I got the "best drink ever" and I asked for less sweetness so the balance between the americano and sweet vanilla flavor was perfect. I was worried it was going to be bitter because of the americano but it actually wasn't. I usually get the hazelnut divinity but this time I wanted to try something different and I loved it. The ambience in Better Buzz is also very nice. This location also has a drive through which is convenient for those with cars. This is one of my favorite coffee shops in San Diego!

This place is the bees knees! It's attractive outside and in(your belly)! Clean space, chill vibes, and the staff is energetic and friendly. Tons of specialty muffins including yummy gluten free options liken wine is lemon poppy chocolate macaroon and a paradise bar! I was TOTALLY planning on doing a photo shoot at the beach with the three I chose to bring back to my kiddos but I made that classical tourist mistake of trusting that my little buzzy bag would be safe in the sand while I dipped my toes in the water really quick. No sea rats in sight! However, a few waves at my feet and a blink of an eye and my muffins were all over the place! Well, they didn't seam to like the Apple Cinnamon Muffin because I found it in the sand with only a bite out of it. I dusted it off and gave it to a homeless man who was interested. The chocolate muffin (which was mine!) had been completely devoured. Oooh, guess what!? They didn't make it to the cinnamon roll before I chased them away! My kids weren't fans of the crispy crunchy outside of it. The only part they enjoyed was the "center puff". So, I'll say if you like the texture of a crispy croissant, then imagine it as a cinnamon roll with a little swirl of icing laced on top and you've got a winner. There are fun cookies for kids with sprinkles etc too.Oh, my holy G, I almost forgot about the buzz part! The Coffee!!! I was absolutely loving the crafted espresso options ready to order on the menu. All you need to worry about is what milk you want and voila! There is even a plethora of Teas & smoothies offered. So, really, something to satisfy everyone's craving for wave watching delight. Enjoy!

Wanted a nice spot to work from on a Friday afternoon so checked out the rooftop at this Better Buzz, which has an amazing view of Pacific Beach! In the afternoon time, though, there are only two tables that really get shade, so keep that in mind if you are working or plan to be at this location for a while. I ordered the hot orange matcha latte from a cashier who never smiled once during our interaction, which did not leave me feeling very good. The latte, though it had a good flavor, was freezing cold. I drank it anyways because I did not feel like interacting with the worker who I ordered from.

Stopped by here for a coffee before hitting the beach. The location is convenient with a drive thru and parking lot in the back. Iced rose water latte: faint rose aftertaste without being to overpowering. Coffee is on the lighter end. Out of all the drinks we got, this was the less sweet.Mango Red Bull smoothie: Strong refreshing mango smoothie. The Red Bull blends well with the drink, but it's definitely the sweetest drink out of the bunch we gotMint Infused Iced Coffee: There is a fresh mint aroma and the heavy cream on top makes this a creamier iced coffee.Iced Honey latte: Strong honey taste but also making this drink on the sweeter sideOverall, the drinks are exactly as described for the flavors you get. Their coffee blend is light on the palate.Ambiance: This feels like more of a grab and go place to me because there aren't many tables. The decor is cute for the pictures and there is a bathroom in the back of the store. Service: The cashier was friendly but wasn't too knowledgeable about the drinks when we had questions.

Best coffee in SD!! Came twice or 3x in a row lol, its that good!!! Upon stumbling this place of course we had to try the "Best Drink Ever"!! It's exactly as the name states, theee best drink ever!

Amazing service! The employees were so kind and welcoming. I got the "Best Drink Ever" and it tasted amazing. The vibe inside is so cute and the music playing was so good. Would recommend!!!
