Disappointing bagels, we got the cinnamon raisin with cream cheese on the side. One of the most bland bagels I've ever had, you'd be better off going to Dunkin or even the grocery store. Much better bagel places around. In addition the customer service and staff are the worst and don't even understand a simple order. We had to repeat our order 3 or 4 times and then the "owner" had to correct them. Unbelievable. More like the worst bagels.... Avoid!

I found this bagel shop walking near south street Amtrak stop, and decided to go in to get me a bagel. Quality has gone downhill since the last time I ate from here two months ago. I ordered a toasted bagel with creamcheese and my friend got egg and cheese on bagel. We waited about 15 minutes with three other people in front of us - fine, I understand it's busy during lunch time. However, upon receiving our order, the order was such a disappointment. My bagel wasn't toasted, was small, and was just ok. My friend's sandwich looked premade. He tossed half of it because it tasted like plastic and wasn't even warm. He said the eggs were the most disgusting thing. I would love to like this place, but overall can't justify ever paying $17 for two bagels ever again. And to think some of their bagel sandwiches go up to close to $20! I just think for the price, the quality is no longer thereThe staff were nasty and didn't care about customers coming in to the store. You're better off getting something from Dunkin' Donuts!!

Quick service which is surprising given how busy they are with corporate orders. $5 for a plain bagel seems expensive and it certainly is for how chewy the bagel is and how little butter they put on it. Disappointing. They also didn't cut the bagel- I had to rip it in half as you can see in the photo. Decent location. Close to south station and plenty of offices. Looked clean inside but nothing special in the interior.

Service was good, quick and clear to take my order. Bagel itself was hard, tasted not fresh but it was later in the day on a weekday morning (10am). But the big issue is the amount of protein on the bagel, truly unacceptable for the price, couldn't really enjoy it as it didn't even cover the bagel. +1 star for having pork roll/taylor ham but that quantity is just so poor for the price.

The good: Short lines, fast service, and good diner-style coffee to go. If that's what you're after, this is your place. Prices are comparable to what you would pay at most coffee shops around this part of Boston - maybe a little cheaper if you get black coffee (like me). The bad:Their bagels are pretty gross. They don't seem fresh and the cream cheese is indiscriminately caked on. When I ordered it toasted, it felt like it has just been warmed in a microwave - not actually toasted. The verdict:3 stars for good coffee, speed, and convenience. In the morning, that's what matters for me - good black coffee that's speedily prepared. Food - less a priority. That said, the bagels felt like grocery store bagels thrown into a microwave. Certainly no "better bagels" here.

Convenient and quick to get a sandwich and drink... the only downside I have found is that no matter how many times I ask them not to toast the bagel or the sandwich or any combination of the food I'm getting it still ends up getting toasted.

I've given this place a few tries, but it's not worth it with better quality items next door in high street place. Often the bagels are borderline stale and most recently I found a cheese wrapper inside the bagel sandwich. Poor quality control.
