Best of Both Worlds

Wow, wow, wow! We had an event at work and this was one of the food trucks that fed us. I ordered the Pulled Pork Bowl. OMG, it was utterly, completely, overwhelmingly, delectable.I will travel for this food truck, I HAVE to have that Pulled Pork Bowl again. I have to bring friends so they can partake in its delightful deliciousness. Now, about the Keto. Having been on Keto in the past and studied Keto in depth I can say with certainty that the Pulled Pork Bowl is most definitely not Keto. Onions and the sauce throw it under the Keto bus, it might have sweet pickles on it too, which of course are loaded with carbs, but I might be mistaken as the pickles may be dill. But seriously, if you're looking for a filling, taste sensation that is somewhat low carb, try the Pulled Pork Bowl. You will be happy that you did.

Best keto food truck in the world. Can't beat their blend of comfort food flavors made for low-carb diets. Their breaded chicken is the bomb. Try it on their healthy noodle with their special marinara/pesto blend, in the Asian chicken salad, or just as chicken fingers. Follow their social media accounts to find out where they will be serving next. I guess you can get regular food too, but that's not how I eat.

Maybe it was a bad day but I particularly had not the best experience. We went only there to visit their truck. They were at the Holiday Market that day. Super crowded and parking took time. When we got there, I asked for a sandwich and told me they have no more bread! I mean come ooon! You knew there was going 5o be an event. Of course plenty of customers. Anyway, I was decided to try them. So I asked for a corn dog. I know some keto flours can have a particular feeling but this one was hard and crumble. I couldn't eat it. Had to throw it away even when it was pricey for a corn dog.

I'll admit, when I realized this was a keto/low carb spin on comfort food I was hesitant. However, everything we got from this food truck was out of this world. I got the chicken tenders and waffle fries. The waffle fries were perfectly seasoned. My husband got a cowboy grilled cheese. The showstopper, though, was the house made cowboy sauce. Not only were they generous (seriously no skimping on sauce here), this was the best sauce I've had with chicken or fries. My husband liked it so much he was dipping his grilled cheese in it. I would buy this sauce if it was in stores.

Absolutely delicious and so friendly! I'm on a low carb diet, and here at Boeing we only have so many options for food that falls into that category. I've been following their page for a while, but when I saw their food truck on the map at work today, I HAD to go try them - I was not disappointed!!I ordered the BBQ Chicken Sandwich, but I think I got something in-between that and the Cowboy Grilled Cheese... which was beyond totally fine with me because I wanted to order the Grilled Cheese, but as soon as I walked up I heard that they had sold out! Mind you, they had only been taking orders for about 45 minutes at this point in time. The chicken sandwich that I received was FANTASTIC! The fried chicken (which I believe was pork panko?) was extremely tender and juicy, the fry sauce had amazing flavors, and the frizzled onions gave it a great crunch - add the cheddar cheddar on there and this was EASILY one of the best sandwiches I've ever had... Keto or not!! Pleaaaase keep coming back to Boeing, Best of Both Worlds!

The first time I tried this spot, I was hooked immediately! Their Asian chicken salad is amazing. And I can't believe their low carb dressing is actually low carb, because it definitely does not skimp out on taste!! If I could eat it everyday I would lol. Also the chicken tenders are perfect if you have little ones you are trying to feed. Every time I've visited, the staff is always extremely friendly and they really go above and beyond in terms of service. They've definitely made a lifelong customer out of me. This place is a must try!!

The chips and salsa here are some of the best I've had, especially since they are KETO! Super good. The cowboy pulled pork sandwich is excellent. Every dish I've seen come from here looks really good and I can't wait to try more items on the menu.

Normally I wouldn't share this, but I think you need to know how the owner from sound2summit reall6 feels. I wish I could have tried your food and feel bad for your circumstances now I have a bigger picture

Go back to your old menu. There are plenty of places that sell bar food. There are not many places that sell keto friendly dishes. What a disappointing return experience.

So excited about this truck! My husband had the pulled pork sandwich with crispy jalapeños and some cowboy sauce! He said every single bite was so good he loved it! The kids had the tenders and waffle fries, they went silent so I know it was good. The parm chicken sandwich keto style was so good and so refreshing not to have to make everything different for just me! Kids loved the strawberry short cake! Over all I'd give it a 100%! Will definitely be back!
