Best Burgers

I have to admit.. These are the Best Burgers in town! There fry's are some of the best in town as well! Great staff, and always accurate orders that we get. Thanks EVERYONE AT BEST BURGERS!

I have been here several times as it's close to my house. Normally the burgers are decent and the staff is hit and miss on how friendly they want to be. Today they set themselves apart from others. I ordered a triple deluxe burger, sweet potato fries and a drink. Got my food and my guys got theirs. We left and went back to the job site, 5 min away. My burger was well done to the point of hard to eat. All of the sauces were on the bottom, making it soggy, and the top bun was naked. The sweet potato fries were lacking in quantity, and overcooked. There were maybe 10 fries total in the bag. See picture. I decided to make the drive back and have a quick conversation with them. The gentleman in the back said that they weigh out frozen sweet potato fries portions to 6oz and that is all they give out. Mind you that one of my guys got regular fries that were overflowing the bag. I wasn't confrontational with them, I just wanted to know what the standard was for $4.19 of sweet potato fries. He said people don't come back and say anything about the portion size. They have the right to sell whatever they can, I just don't have to support their business anymore. I completely understand that pricing is going crazy and that shops have to increase prices to stay afloat. I probably spent more than that in diesel going back and forth that way it cost for the fries. Overall this is not the best place to go especially if you want sweet potato fries.

I've been wanting to try this place since i saw it and I'm glad I did! I got the best burger deluxe meal & This is one of the best burgers I've had in alonggggg time. To me it taste exactly like a whopper but better. Everything is made fresh to order and it didn't take very long even with a line. The whole meal was about $8 it also came with fries and a drink. The fries are better than most of the fast food fries out there, very similar to McDonald's fries which I love. I will definitely be going back to this place a couple of times! Would recommend to anybody.

Wow hate to drop the rating but the last two visits haven't been successful in the correct order department. This is huge as the drive thru can have up to 12 cars waiting- so no easy return unless you walk up. This is an independent burger drive they/walk up that we've been visiting since 2014. The food is good but service has become an issue. We are hoping when COVID regulations are lifted they are able to hire enough employees and able to do some training to fix this issue. Currently they are closed on Mondays and are hiring Part Time. My burger was great and so were my daughter's fries. They apologized for the delay and the food was fresh, but my spouses burger was not correct. This place is disgusting. The young lady that was in the drive-through dropped a cup. I'm sitting there waiting on my food so I'm watching her and she takes the cup off the floor and perceives to put a drink in it instead of throwing the cup in the trash, it was the most nastiest thing I've seen in a long time, this place needs to be shut down. The burgers are disgusting. I had to get a full refund at the window waited all that time just for the burger to be cold nasty and worst than a school burger in the cafeteria. This is ridiculous someone needs to call the food association on this place. This is sad these days you can't even go somewhere and trust the hands that are fixing your food even though it was in my cup that she was filling up with a drink. It was the cars behind us. what is the point of just seeing her do that and once I told her about it, she began to have an attitude rolling her eyes, instead of correcting the problem when she is the problem, she's going to have people sick. You don't pick up a cup off the floor and give that to a customer disgusting poor judgment, and I will be contacting someone higher ups in regards to this matter.

Food is great. However the Italian sodas are the best. Way better than gravity coffee or Dutch bros. They get the measurements right every time. I come here just for the Italian soda only sometimes .

Bests burgers is decent not great, but everything is fresh, its fast food but not too fast, I grabbed a burger and fries and found an empty parking lot to eat.... They have tables outside but no interior dining.... Drive through and walk up order window.... If you are in the mood for a burger give em a try....

I wanted to say that I've driven by this place for years and always see a line of cars. That tells me people like this place. I went to this place for the first time this last week TWICE in one day. It does remind me of another burger place in town, but the food here I believe is much better (albeit I still like the other place too), however, I really enjoyed the fries, the service and even though only one drive thru lane was open, it was a great experience. I think the owner (Rick) made my burger and he definitely made it with love. Will definitely be going back again very soon. Also, they have really good milkshakes.

The name lives up to its name. I have been touring the burger places in Tacoma the few years. I love fresh patties that are juicy and seasoned, and the buns are toasted to perfection.I love the fact they make their own Ranch, which is some of the best dressing I have ever had. The shoestring fries are always hot, and crispy and never limp or lukewarm.If I had a complaint, I would say the outside tables could use some umbrellas and the parking lot is a little tricky to navigate. I can't wait to go back for the 6th time, and enjoy a kick ass burger. I love mine with extra cheese!!!

Burger was not the typical greasy fast food. I asked for hot fry's and Alicia (name on receipt) made sure that they were very hot. Thank you for the great service and good food. So much better then any chain place in town.
