Berry's BBQ

To be honest the BBQ Ribs and Sides always has potential to be better. The lack of a smoke ring says to me that these were baked ribs. I had to refinish ribs to paint on the bbq sauce that came with it. The menu looks good off the bat visually.

I really wanted to like this place. I do my part in trying to support small local businesses. Unfortunately, the wait was unreasonable, close to an hour when told 20 minutes. The food was mediocre. I ordered the rib plate with two sides, baked beans and yams. The ribs were tender but lacked any flavor; the sauce saved them. The yams were dry and cold, and the baked beans were definitely the ones we all grew up eating out the red can! I honestly do not recommend this place! Go to Jack's!This place was a disaster!

The first time we ordered from this place, my eyes rolled in the back of my head from how good the brisket was. Honestly the best BBQ I had ever tasted. HOWEVER, I've been there three times since and it has been far below average. Not sure if the cook changed, but definitely has not been worth the $20 per plate since that first time.

We have great deals and awesome BBQ pork, brisket, pork ribs and chicken. Our sides include Cole Slaw, BBQ baked beans, Collard Greens, Mac' & Cheese, Potato Salad and Yams. We also have Chef's Sampler at $38.75. We are open 7 days a week 11am to 8pm.

After engaging a bit of conversation on NextDoor, I decided we should check this place out... I always prefer to patronize local businesses... I'll get right to the point, the folks that own this place were extremely hospitable and the food is VERY tasty.... Bring your appetite!

Eat here, if you want to carve their microwaved chicken yourself after you bring it home. This isn't the same Berry's. There isn't any kind of remembrance of Rufus on the premises. I talked to the owners. I wonder, if they knew him at all. They knew next to nothing about his business or how he ran it.The ribs were just ok. I won't be going back. It's a hokey place. It won't last, unless they make major changes to their business model.

amazing! FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE . food is so delicious. Freshly made! when I walk in it just smells so great! Omg I get even more hungry! very welcoming and friendly she did a great job . Will be back forsureeee

Absolutely Amazing!! These ribs taste just like Down South BBQ! Tender, and succulent. The hot links have the perfect amount of spice and snap in the skin. The roasted chicken was moist and seasoned perfectly. The peach cobbler was really delicious with a buttery pastry dough. Now the BBQ sauce... WOW, the BBQ sauce has just the perfect amount of spice and sweet Southern Joy in it... The service was really nice too, very friendly staff!! Thank you! I can't wait to go again!

The food is fabulous, the service is great and the prices are affordable.

I hate to give bad reviews.Maybe it was a bad day I don't know.I know we're all just trying to survive but I gotta say something...BBQ is not done in a frying pan. I watched my unseasoned steamed ribs get done in a frying. One of the most disappointing meals I've had in decades. Don't call it bbq. Call it tough flavorless meat in a pan tossed in a box.SMH
