Love the ice cream and service here. Nicest owners! Very friendly with dogs too. I get the seasonal flavors and afogato. Quick bites are decent too. So glad this is by the ferry line.

Are you kidding me?!!! The ice cream scoop is $4.50 and if you want a cone with your ice cream that will cost you an extra $.50 for a cake cone or an entire dollar for a waffle cone. Go across the street to the bar and you can get something cheaper and you don't have to pay for a cone absolutely ridiculous. This business has been open several years yet owner says that's why his prices are so high. The "premium" ice cream is not that premium to charge a cone fee.. who else does that? At least build it into the price make the customer think they are not buying something that is essential. Do you all charge for the paper bowl as well?

Ok so I've driven by here for years. From before it was a ice cream shop and I've always intended to stop here with the kids for a treat. They offer many ice cream flavors on top of coffees and right now Thursday, Friday and Saturday you can find wood oven pizza being sold here as well. So it's not just ice cream. It's a small space but they have a few tables with sun umbrellas for the few months we have gorgeous weather. The staff here are so sweet and really go out of their way to make the customers feel welcome. Saturday when we stopped by after our sons baseball game down the street the employee came out after my boys finished their ice cream with chalk and even played tic tac toe with them as well as hang man- it's really the little things that make the biggest difference in customer service with just this small act of kindness they have customers for life. They offer military discount as of may 2021 which is just an added bonus. For 3 kids and myself it was under $20 so very affordable as well. I got the toffee crunch which was amazing, my oldest got the birthday cake ice cream which was also good and kid approved, my middle got cookies and cream and my youngest got huckleberry- all really good.

Fun little place to take the family! Service moved quickly, considering how busy they were on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Location is so close to ferry, you could easily walk down there. They serve delicious Tillamook ice cream and sell many local treats and items. Support small business

Twenty minutes and they can't pour a 12 oz cup of drip coffee? I mean I'm sorry but I feel like if "Ice Cream and Coffee" is in your name, a coffee that takes almost no service to make should take less than that. Other customers we were waiting with were also waiting for a long time and frustrated -- with good reason too, there were so many employees milling about but not enough to make a few orders, I guess. If you're waiting for the ferry and wanting something from here, make sure to get here more than half an hour before loading or else you'll walk away with nothing like we did.

This is a little gem, and I have to think, perfectly located by the ferry queue.I was photographing near Steilacoom all day and it was snack and coffee time. On my way out of town, I saw Berry Dock and made a stop. Glad I did. An Americano and a super (understated), I mean super lavender-lemon square and I was set! It was a tough, but good choice, over their gourmet ice creams. There is a small patio on the premises where you can enjoy your snack, coffee or ice cream and watch the ferry boats come and go. Not a bad way - or place - to relax and enjoy life!

This place is incredible. The ice cream is fantastic, and I love the coffee. It's definitely on the sweet side, as to be expected considering it's an ice cream place. I don't like sandwiches and even I enjoyed a panini today. The whole place is so cute and artsy, and with a staff to fit. The manager loves making creative drink specials I can never say no to. She has a keen sense for flavor profiles so if you feel adventurous you should ask questions! I love their italian sodas.Side Note: Came here and wanted to leave a good review for my favorite coffee place, and the recent review by Gigi Whatever caught my eye. One thing Miss Fancy Pants must've missed was the tag that said "Owner" the "annoying old lady" was wearing. Another thing she must've missed was the sign on the wall that states the milkshake flavors are chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla. Unfortunately, it actually is helpful to read the signs of establishments you purchase from.I'm a regular here and have never had a negative experience, so I may be biased... the owner has always done her best accommodate requests, but this is also a business! They can't just be dumping a ton of expensive ice cream into milkshakes, obviously milkshakes take a lot more ice cream. Those premium flavors also have a great texture too, almost reminds me of Chocolate Shoppe. Making them a milkshake seems like a waste to me. If you're looking to see if a place is good, don't trust mean-spirited, rude comments. The things that nasty-attitude having lady said were just demeaning Sounds like someone looking for problems to have.

Came here on a sunny day craving a milkshake. First went to lefty's in university place but they were closed. Then we remembered this place and decided to head over on the way home. When I walked in I asked what their milkshake flavors were. The girl working the register said they can make milkshakes out of any of their ice cream flavors which are up on the menu board. I took a quick photo of the menu and went outside to determine what milkshake flavor my significant other and I wanted. We decided to go with one lemon cheesecake shake and one banana cream pie and mudslide shake. As I am just about to pay an old lady who was making the orders checks to see what was ordered and begins to tell us that she can't make our lemon cheesecake shake because it would use up the rest of that flavor. I said I would pay extra if needed bc we wanted that flavor. The old lady proceeds to take out the tub of ice cream to show me how she is almost out of that flavor. The girl at the register suggests using half lemon cheesecake and half vanilla which I said would be fine. Then the old lady tells us that they don't make shakes with premium ice cream flavors and that she would rather not make our milkshake and that we would need to pick a different flavor. So,l go outside to ask my significant other what other flavor he wants and we go with cookies and cream. I go back in to tell the girl our flavor and the annoying old lady starts getting an attitude talking about they've never made milkshakes with premium flavors and the girls at the register start saying that they've sold them before and proceed to tell the old lady that she needs to let other employees know that too now since others have also sold shakes with premium flavors. I'm super annoyed at this point but they begin to make my shake when I remember that the other shake flavor (banana cream pie) was a "premium" flavor. So I ask why they can make that one and the old lady smacks her lips and says they'll make a one time exception on that shake only. lol. Y'all, the only reason why that old lady didn't want to make the lemon cheesecake shake is because she wanted to be able to sell more scoops to gain profit vs use the rest for one shake. It was clear that they have sold premium flavor shakes in the past and they do up charge for it accordingly. I will never be back thanks to that angry old lady. The shake was just mid anyways. Jack in the box has better shakes than this place.

Really great ice cream but they run out of the good flavors too early. They serve Mountain Olympic ice cream!
