Bentwater Yacht & Country Club

We came here while in town for a family gathering, for a dinner party, it was like a beach party luau. We came in and were greeted with margaritas! then seated and shown the salad bar and shrimp. The servers we had were Awesome! the dinner was steak and baked potato with a Bearnaise and mushroom wine sauce . Then there was a mint cookie ice cream pie for dessert. the facility would be perfect for a rehersal dinner, or dinner party. It is beautifully set on the lake and the sunset is gorgeous!

...not just a gym but a neighborhood country club for Bentwater which is "20 minutes from anything" including Montgomery. April Sound, La Toretta and Walden country clubs are all closer to Montgomery. Check the prices.

Had a Turkey Club sandwich at the clubhouse last night. It was okay but the Parmesan chips they make were really good. Megan was our bartender and very nice. We kept her passed closing time and she didn't seem annoyed.

Bentwater Monitors. Attention ALL prospective families looking to move to Bentwater. Look elswhere. You can't see my post from last night because the monitors had it removed. Do not move here if you have kids and are under 55! According to Patti Bentwater has rules against trick or treating. If you go to a house with their porch light on you risk being yelled at for committing the unthinkable on Halloween night....ringing the doorbell. Not to mention the mandatory club membership is nothing but a money grab. There's nothing for your kids to do here but dodge speeding cars and upset the retirees for being simply just being kids. If you didn't get it.....dont move here if you have kids.

We live here and we love the neighborhood. We couldn't ask for any better neighbors. I love it here.

The room at the villa was clean, but, sparse. No mini fridge and no temp control! Fortunately, the weather was mild so it wasn't an issue. The bed was super hard, though, so, we didn't sleep well at all. The food at the Crescent Grille was just OK. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio with fire pit and view of the lake since the weather was good. Our bartender and server Roberto made the visit a pleasurable experience with his outstanding customer service and good drinks, so, overall we had a good visit.

I recently hosted my daughter's wedding shower at the yacht club. We selected this location because of the beautiful view. What an excellent decision this turned out to be. The food and the staff were beyond our expectations. Kam was amazing at getting everything set up for us and Dominique, on the day of our event, executed our plan seamlessly. From the coordination staff, to the waitstaff, to the bartender, the entire team were kind, efficient and made our event one everyone was raving about. Thank you to you all for the beautiful memories.

Coordinated a wedding here last weekend of March 2019. We overtook the villas and the Country Club for rehearsal dinner & brunch the day after. I must say the staff was outstanding. Devin was on hand for both rehearsal & brunch. Food was very good and service was spot on! We even had last minute changes (needed a screen & projector) and they took care of everything. We worked with Jillian and Colleen for the wedding & reception at the Yacht Club. A few last minute hiccups, but all was taken care of. With a guest list of 250, I would say it was pretty much flawless. And both ladies were on hand during the entire day. Would highly recommend this venue and their staff for events.

Stayed at the villas, very small, no real temp control, and no hot water in the shower. Ate at the grill, charged a service charge for a table of 5 without telling us, so I double tipped. Why is there a tip line when the service charge will always be there? That is just sneaky.

Gated community nestled in a beautiful environment that offers amazing amenities! From the friendly residents to the accommodating staff it's a great place to call home. The breathtaking views of the lake and golf courses are postcard worthy. My family and I are truly blessed to be part of this phenomenal community. Janna John Mazza & Family
