Reasonably priced, cool concept, but was just good.Food was good - the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki was too salty and saucy, the meatballs were good, steamed egg was bland, and dumplings were good.Print your receipt - Went to Bentoful for lunch and ordered through the kiosk. After paying I selected the 'no receipt' option. When my food was ready, I walked up and was told to show my receipt, which I said I didn't print. I was scolded about how were they supposed to know it was mine. I eventually was given my food, but they shouldn't have no receipt as an option if it's required to grab your order.

Cute place to grab lunch - there's small and large bento options. I like that you can grab 1/2 portions of the vase so I got half salad and half kimchi fried rice. The kimchi fried rice only had kimchi in it. I wish there was also egg, so it felt more like rice with kimchi/gochujang. The fried chicken pieces are big and come with sauce on the side. The sides were a bit underwhelming. I chose dumpling, egg, and broccoli salad. I like the options in general and the packaging was good for traveling back to your office. It was a bit pricy for the portion.

I love this place. My friend recommended this spot Bentoful. There is 3 easy Step to creat good lunch box. First of all, choose Rice or Fried Rice or Yakisoba Noodles. And second step is for main Protein meat. Third step is for side menu.I got brown rice n curry with spring rolls, avocado salad &fruits. It was perfect healthy meal. I was Satisfied with all food with nice atmosphere. Specially price is affordable. I will try kimchi fried rice with spicy dakalbi Chicken next time.

I really enjoyed this place for lunch. I loved the variety and options. For bases, you can do grains or salads and have a main dish with it as well as 3 sides! It really allows for a well balanced meal. I tried the brown rice and power greens with sesame dressing with chicken teriyaki/teriyaki chicken. Also tried the chicken yellow curry. For sides I got the soy braised egg, fresh fruit, and chicken wings. It was all very delicious and I would definitely come back here. They have plenty of seating options around the building as well. Staff was very attentive and friendly to answering any questions.

Great spot for takeout or lunch! They have a couple tables to eat if youre dining alone but not much space otherwise. You can take a look at the food and then order at the kiosk. The workers there were very nice and helped sort me out.The large size comes with 3 pill shaped togo boxes and the smaller size only two. You pick a base (I chose half rice half kale), a main dish (spicy chicken) and three sides (meatballs, spring roll, and brocolli)The kale came with some sort of pesto on the side as a dressing and it was very good. The meatballs were italian-esque and the spring rolls had something starchy perhaps potato inside. Overall I barely finished all of it and felt full AND healthy so def great fix.

I am surprised that this place gets such good reviews.Went in for lunch and was really excited to try this place out but the experience I got was pretty disappointing.I never seen this much of oil in Fried rice and also the main chicken dish had undercooked potatoes and smelly chicken. Portion of kimchi was super small as well. For 16 dollars, I think quality of food could be much better

My husband and I stumbled on this place during one of our visits to Seattle and now we go out of our way to stop at this place when we visit! Tons of options, always quick and delicious. The last time we were there we met the owner An and she was so sweet. She gave us some samples of other dishes we didn't order and even some baked goods from her coffee shop next door.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a delicious lunch option downtown!

Food - love the variety of options for different dietary restrictions. Also always tasty and healthy and they have rotating specials to keep things interesting. Service - very efficient even during rushes and very kind and polite if you have questions. Ambiance - it's located inside an Amazon building so there's lots of well lit seating and areas but the food is so perfectly packaged to go that you might as well bring it with!

Excellent selection of especially Korean food. The parking situation is okay because I think you get 30 minutes free. Get the bulgogi or spicy pork with the steamed egg and fresh fruit.

Pricey, but decent. I enjoyed the bulgogi and yakisoba. The portions are filling but probably not worth $21 (large, after tax and tip). I thought the concept was really cute though! There's plenty of indoor seating available.
