Don't try to do a call in order they won't answer Great food, just not the %100 best service out there

This place isn't bad for off the beaten path. Typical "Italian" decor. We picked it as halfway meeting spot for friends coming from Prescott and we were from Phoenix.It didn't seem too busy but there were a few tables off and on, but only one server. Regardless she seemed attentive and friendly. Kitchen seemed slow, but food came out hot.We had:fried pickles - more like pickle fries: decentFried zucchini - deliciousJalepeno poppers - good Spaghetti and meatballs: mehCalzone special: goodMeat calzone: good Stromboli: good Ranch and marinara were also meh

I placed an order for 2 calzones with extra marinaria. When my husband brought it home there was no extra marinara. I also asked for "sliced onions". When i cut it open the onions were chopped and not sliced. I called and let them know the extra marinara was not here the waitress said "well you didnt pay for the extra marinara". I told her it didnt matter if i paid for extra i asked for extra and expected to have paid for it. She started rambling and i couldnt make out what she said but i did hear her say i could come up and get the marinara. I live 20 mi utes away. That was not an option. This will be my last visit. Service was poor. Customer service from the server was worse. You dont talk to your customer that way.

Didn't eat there. They denied my registered service dog. Got into an argument with waitress and a customer even jumped in on her side. Quite embarrassing, shouldn't have to go through this. Very disappointing.

Everyone here was very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was nice and clean. We ordered takeout: a large pizza and a hot ham and cheese sandwich. The pizza was huge and had a ton of toppings, but sadly it was lacking in flavor, it was very plain tasting. The ham and cheese sandwich was good, it could have used more toppings. The meat was still cold, so that was a bit disappointing. It's the only pizza place in town, so we'll probably give it another shot and try other stuff next time.

As close to NYC pizza as it gets. Consistently great pizza and wings. Good meatball sandwiches too.

We order pizza here very regularly. The food is amazing and the employees are helpful and happy. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Still a great place for really good food. The pizzas and Wings are bomb...This place does need more ambiance. House music would be great and a few more TVs. Build an actual small bar and this place would be a Hot Stop for passer byers and Locals like me.

Decided to try out this place today since I pass it on the highway almost every day, I have to say that this is some of the best pizza i've had North of Phoenix, would eat here again, the service was also great.

If I could give a zero I would. My boyfriend and I live in Cordes and we frequently visit my mom in black canyon and we usually order from Bennis on our way down. We made an order as we left our house, but by the time we made it to my mom's we realized we forgot our debit card. We called Bennis to cancel our order, my boyfriend apologized profusely and the worker Named Michelle had an attitude and hung up on him. We spend a lot of money there and did not appreciate the way she spoke to us and the fact that she just hung up mid conversation. Safe to say we will not be returning there. I highly suggest they re train Michelle on her customer service skills or else they will lose more customers. Be a better you Michelle.
