There aren't a lot of conveyor belt sushi places around these days. Absolutely none where I live, so this place across the border is kind of a precious commodity. The sushi there isn't the greatest, but it's decent. Selection is quite good. There's plenty of variety, including some Aburi sushi, and lots of dessert plates as well. The food is charged by the colours of the plates that go around on the conveyor belt. There's also a regular menu that you can order from if you want something that's not coming around on the conveyor belt. It's a fun place to dine, and certainly a much more interesting option than anything in the food court at the nearby Seattle Premium Outlets!Service: GoodParking: Plentiful and freeLocation: 16822 Twin Lakes Ave., Marysville

This is a place to go in a pinch. The food is ok. The service is pretty non existent because you basically sit down and watch the sushi go around on a belt. You don't know what the items are often times or how long they've been sitting on the belt, which to me is not healthy. I'd MUCH rather go to an actual Japanese sushi restaurant and order fresh.

They have a lot of imitation crab rolls. I was kind of skeptical eating here because it wasn't busy and the rolls kept circling around. It is winter and it was warm in the venue, which made me question how fresh the rolls were. I told myself to try it and if I get sick, then I'll know. Luckily I did not get sick and the rolls I had were fine. But, if you want good fresh sushi this isn't your spot. The house roll is really good (California roll with tuna wrapped in thin egg) and the spicy shrimp tempura was good as well. The spicy California was literally a California roll with spicy crab mix on top! It was a lot. Anyway, this place was ok, nothing worth raving about or returning to.

Service was not all that great especially when they're busy. Every roll on the belt was basically California rolls with different toppings. Very expensive for the quality of certain sushi nigiri. Tried this place before and wasn't happy. Gave it a try a second time and still sitting at the 2 star. You will enjoy this place if you only like California rolls and are willing to pay between $3-$8 for it.

We love going to this conveyor belt sushi restaurant! It's the closest one to us (living in lake stevens) and is pretty good quality. There's a fairly large menu of rolls and nigiri as well as some standard kitchen items (calamari, gyoza, etc.). This past time I got Beef Udon which was okay. Kind of weird with carrots and Broccoli but the broth was good. I do think the fish has tasted fresh the last two times I've been and its not too expensive. Specifically, I think the salmon tastes great and I'm fairly picky about cuts of salmon. Would I drive from Seattle for it? No. But living up here or if you're hiking and really want sushi, it's pretty good. Will continue to come back regularly for a sushi fix!

Honestly, this was some of the worst sushi I've ever had. Not like it made me sick or anything, it just wasn't very good.Unlike a lot of other people, the service I received was friendly and just fine. The food though - yikes. The sushi was not well rolled. Everything fell apart with the slightest touch of a chopstick.I challenge this sushi place to make a single roll without that bland fake krab stuff. I swear, every roll that went by on the belt was filled with the cheap stuff. All except one roll, which appeared to be filled with cheap canned tuna fish? Honestly it looked like a cat food roll.Skip this place.

If you're looking for an authentic sushi place this is not it. The service is 5 star but the food not so much. I get inflation sucks but at the cost of quality? Did not get sick for the win. I noticed that the computer that scans the food says "off" not sure if it actually checks the food since I was there for about an hour and did not see any items taken out and wasn't being refrigerated. The rice is cooked but is lacking taste. The salmon slicer they have there has to be awarded top knife skills since I've never seen or been to a place with such salmon sliced so thin it almost looks transparent. The rolls and nigiri breaks so easily that I can't even eat with the chopsticks it's best to use your hand. I fear if they squeeze the sushi it'll look to small so if no squeeze then looks bigger but then it falls apart. They also do not serve salmon roe which is a bummer not sure if it was a supply chain or if it's just too costly. At least the baby octopus for the win. This is the only sushi place I've been that serves it. Yum! Too bad the rise just needs a bit more flavor. Overall it's not bad but it's not good either (food wise). The belt is questionable because how long has the sushi actually been rotating around? For the price you pay it's about the same as getting sushi from the grocery store and sadly the grocery store actually has more flavor and a bit more fish. Service 100%. Rolls are thumbs up for the most part. Everything else is "eh" and could be better. But alas we're in this weird world where cost of goods are high, workers don't want to work and business will have to cut corners somehow. Either way most likely I'll be back for the rolls and the baby octopus.

We are picky sushi eaters and loved this place! We were traveling through Marysville and decided to give it a go. Every roll we tried was delicious! We both ate until we were full, small eaters, and had dessert, and it was under $15. The prices and portions are great! There are so many choices. The place didn't smell like fish, it was very clean. I totally wish it was closer to home. We would be there all the time!

Drove here on a Wednesday night for a quick bite to eat. I arrived at 8:20 pm, while they close at 9. When we walked in, you could see everyone's faces drop. One chef even rolled his eyes. I wish they could've hid their disappointment better lol. I genuinely felt like they were pissed that we walked in. I give them two stars because they still served us and tried to accommodate us, but every sentence that they spoke to us mentioned how they were about to close. I've worked in the service industry for years and didn't realize that 40 minutes to close was that inconsiderate of me, especially with belt sushi where the food is already made... The sushi here has always been consistent; nothing too crazy, decent prices and quick. I've loved going here growing up and hadn't been in years. I don't know how I feel about this place now.

I can't support this place anymore - it's gotten outrageous. I understand inflation but these charges are beyond that. Eight dollars for a sad to-go order of four pieces of seared salmon sushi. Two dollars per piece is unjustifiable - especially when it's such cheap salmon. Plus they charge additional fees for the chopsticks, soy sauce, wasabi, etc. They should include chopsticks at the minimum so you have utensils to eat it with. I would have rated one star (or if I could, none), but I gave it a two because the employees are hard working and kind. If you guys want actual sushi for a decent price, Tokyo House is not too far from the Belt Sushi.
