The first time I came here, I thought my cake was not good and stale/old but it was near closing. So I thought maybe it was my fault and I ordered badly/too late in the day. So I ordered different cake this time (and earlier in the day) and it is also old/stale and the cake is super dry. I think the frosting kept parts of it slightly moist because the cake part is two different colors with the staler part being lighter in color. I personally hate places like this that seemingly don't care about their customers at all. I don't know how old this cake is but a businesses that cares about customers should have standards and dates on their items and throw them away after a few days. Aren't there health code standards about this? I hope I didn't just eat week old/unpopular cake. $7 for a smallish slice of cake (plus tip) is a lot these days.I am so angry with myself for coming back here. And also for not reading the reviews first! Don't be like me, just avoid this place.

Oh wow. So much to say about this delightful pastry place. First of all, I think the taste is more authentic European than Farine's. I would say Belle Pastry is the traditional European style bakery whereas Farine's has a bit of a modern flair. You can tell by the menu items. All the sweet pastries are wonderful but don't be fooled by their limited selection of savory pastries: spinach feta croissant, leek Parmesan croissant and ham and cheese croissant. All three are at the top of my list. I came around 9:30am in the morning for savory croissants and maybe they just came out of the oven or something but it literally tasted like a bite of Paris. Croissant was so flaky, warm, and a pleasant cheese filling inside. It's sooooooo good!!! Definitely try the savory croissants or you're missing out!!

Such a cute cafe in a street with a ton of other cute little cafes! Service was fast, my pastry and drink were finished in about 5 minutes it less. The seating is quite difficult to finds since it was a bit crowded at ~10am on a Saturday, but luckily i found a small table to vibe on for a bit. Would recommend dropping by for the european cafe vibes!

Great cafe in heart of Bellevue. I came on the weekend and there was a lot of empty tables, however they were not clean. I took hot chocolate with peach tart and it was very good. Had to change peach tart because it was raw crust. Blueberry tart was much much better. Overall very nice relax ambience at the cafe.

My favorite local cafe the drinks are meh, but the pastries are pretty bombMy go to's are definitely the Pain au Chocolat and the Spinach and Feta DanishAs for cake I always go for anything chocolatey ahaha, but they can be hit or miss sometimes.I try to go early and get the slices fresh as I've had them later in the day before and some can get quite dry.I've seen this happen to ordered cakes before, so hoping they can sort this issue out soonPros:* you can usually find seating pretty easily* pastries and cakes can be SO good, especially during the morning when they're freshest. Once it's past noon though, I don't know man, it can be hit or miss* nice cafe ambiance with a light hustle and bustle, strangers' conversations, students studying...Cons:* drinks are alright, but not the best imo* long lines and wait times* when opting for things to be warmed up or toasted, some things burn such as their quiches and croissants, so heads up* parking sucks as per most Bellevue spots lol

I love love love this place, it's so quaint feeling and omg one of the servers or managers so cute and explained everything they make (did you know they make picnic baskets for you, you just call ahead) and if you don't know what to try they have this sort of petite fours they can make for you as well (assortments of their cakes) make sure to ask for more infoI've had savory and sweet pastries I do prefer the sweet especially their puffs, tiramisu and white strawberry cake. It looks out at old Bellevue with nice big windows and lots of people come and go so tells you something Also quick shout out to the cutest couple who took turns to enter the shop since they had their little pup with them and respected the stores wishes (they do have outdoor seating but it was raining at the time) yay kindness and respect

This used to be our goto/ favorite shop on this Main Street area. Even when they were in their older location across the street. We used to come with my family, my mom was a fan of their bakery items. I remember getting a beautiful chocolate slippers ( shape like glass slipper from Cinderella) made out of chocolate. It was so pretty, I never ate it. Kept it pretty for a year I think.. :D and off it went in the trash. Coming here was like a fun Sunday thing. We'd always be in lines, croissants, tarts, cakes. All the excitement. Now that I've been back and several times since I live down the street, I'm not sure I'm a fan. I thought their cakes were a ok given how much competition is in the area. Prices are higher and everything was a ok. This location is bigger than their older one. Cute but even coffee was a ok. Don't expect any latte arts or anything. It's just a ok!!

Met my work friend for coffee today and what a treat! I had my usual hazelnut latte and an almond croissant. Nom nom! A great place to have a delicious pastry and awesome coffee drinks. They have a new espresso machine so it took a bit longer to get my latte but it was worth waiting for! Love this downtown Main Street Bellevue treasure!

Excellent pastries and coffee. This charming bakery and cafe is busy for a reason. The croissants were a bit tough and overworked on the first day that we tried them, but they were fine in the other days that we came to try their cuisine.Particularly liked the delicacy of the pear tart. Fresher eggs for the croissant sandwich would be welcome. The leek pastry was a win!Service was uniformly excellent. Pricing very reasonable. They have done a reasonable job of capturing the French cafe ambience, although a table or two more couldn't hurt. Parking is a challenge. Most folks there walk over.
