Yum! I wanted to try these treats forever and I finally caught them at Amadio Ranch. I ordered 4 different flavors: cinnamon sugar, Cinnabon (cinnamon sugar with cream cheese filling), mixed berry and dulce de leche. These were so delicious! They are fried fresh to order and she offers several other flavors. I love supporting local -- the owner does pop ups around the valley so catch her when you can and before she sells out!

Hands down the best breakfast treat in the Valley. If you see them nearby, do not pass them up!! We've been so lucky to have them come to our neighborhood once a month and we are always first in line, in addition to seeing them at the Gilbert Farmers Market. The beignets are delicious, fresh made in front of you, and of course best enjoyed fresh and hot! In addition, the owners are just generally really nice people. You can see they pour thejr heart into their business and do this because they love it

Definitely have to eat these fresh, as it doesn't sit well after a few minutes! The traditional was good , not like NOLA Cafe Du monde but does the trick if you're craving a beignet. To me personally, I think it was too doughy. I'm not a fan of creme filled anything but wanted to give this a try, the filling was a tad too much for me, maybe too much of a vanilla aftertaste in the cream cheese filling.

We found these at the Farmer's Market in Phoenix, and are so happy we did! They were really amazing! One of the best things I have gotten at a Farmer's Market to this day, and we have been to a lot! The service was pretty good, but was a little disorganized. There were several people that were waiting awhile for their orders. With all that being said, we would get these again if we were in the area!

WARNING!!!! Please for your own safety try not to breathe while eating. I always find myself devouring my beignets and sometimes I forget to breathe and I find my self gasping for air mid chew and that's when it happens. Powdered sugar tickles my throat and coughing follows, interrupting the precious time I could be enjoying my beignet. All jokes aside, Beignet Babe is the perfect treat! It is a must have whenever I find it. Luckily we always find this place popping up at our local farmers market in Old Town Scottsdale and they NEVER disappoint. We've tried most of their flavors and my top two flavors are lemon and Cinnabon.

Been wanting to try them out and Sunday I finally did! They came to Anthem which I was really happy about cause I wanted to go to the other locations they go to but it's a bit far. I hope they come back to Anthem! I will definitely buy some more! They are so delicious omg!!!! It reminds me of my moms doughnuts she makes. I got some for my mom too, the mixed berry filling and she loved it too. I love the traditional powder! Also I got cinnamon one which tasted like a churro/Wetzel's cinnamon bites. My brother liked the cinnamon one. By the time I got there they were sold out! Good thing I preordered.

In Flagstaff for the weekend and Beignet Babe happened to be at the farmers market. They are a food truck and do not have an established restaurant which is the only bummer about Beignet Babe. You will have to check their website to figure out where they will be. The price of these beignets is unbelievable. 2 for $8 is a great deal and they are pretty filling. I ordered the original beignet with no filling and the Dulce De Leche. The Dulce De Leche had such a sweet-savory flavor. The traditional beignet met all of the requirements for a solid beignet. Both of the beignets were light, fluffy, and flavorful. If you are looking for a solid beignet that will satisfy your sweet tooth, this place will do exactly that.

Amazing hot beignets. These are truly awesome, nice and pleasant service and they were amazingly fresh. Dare I say, these can compete with the ones from New Orleans!
