My gosh your food is amazing. My wife and I just picked up some treats from your store. I had some of the peanut butter / chocolate chip cookie, and she had some lemon donut. They were both utterly amazing. Thank you so much. It was so tasty, I'd give you more than 5 stars if I could. We will be ordering a full dozen cookies for when my birthday rolls around.

Unfortunately this place completely ghosted me a week before my son's first birthday party after agreeing to make his cake. Never sent invoice as discussed and never followed through. I ended up having to scramble and make my own cake as this was too short of a notice for any other vegan cake place to make his cake. Communication from Monique was poor. I don't recommend ordering from this place as they're completely unreliable.

My fiancé recently started the keto diet again and with his birthday rolling around I was panicking as to what to do. I started stalking Instagram pages to see what I could find and there they were! The specialty bakery that provides keto delicacies and right in our neighborhood. I reached out to Mo via their email forms and got a response within 48 hours. She made this delicious lemon almond cake and had it delivered to my office since I wasn't able to make it before their doors closed for the day. The only reason I removed a star was because of the size of the cake. It was more like an enlarged cupcake then a cake but regardless we would absolutley order again!

Cake and customer service is on point! This cake was exactly what I asked for and came out AMAZING. Not only was it perfectly customized but it taste good too! The quality of the cake and customer service was really sweet. Everything went smoothly with scheduling delivery. Thank you for being there for this holiday gift! Happy Indigenous Peeps Day!

Ok, I wanted to love this company as I was referred to them by another bakery!!! ... I ordered 2 dz specialty cupcakes for my daughters graduation. They did deliver on time but they baked the cupcakes without any sugar! Maybe gluten free or flourless?? They tasted awful! Dessert was ruined! I called to let them know my order may have been mixed up with someone else's gluten free order & they swore they would credit me for next time. I called & emailed them several times (politely) reminding them of my credit but they never honored my credit. I will not recommend this bakery nor will I order from them again & I will definitely let my friends know about the poor customer service! Ugh... disappointing.

Submitted a contact form about 3 weeks before I needed a custom cake to request a quote and also sent example photos via IG messages. Took a couple days to hear anything back from the IG message. Was told by end of day they would get back to me. Never did. Also never received a response via email to my contact form. Followed up via IG DM a few days later to see if they would be able to accommodate. No response. Unfortunately this is not a vendor I would recommend to anyone at this point. The worst part is the last message I sent was marked read and not responded to. A shame. Would have loved to support this Black owned business. I ordered a cake from The Milk Bar in Los Angeles and it arrived a day early. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience with this business. I placed an order over the phone and in email. First of all, I had to pick them up at a brewery (?), second the order was nothing like what we clearly ordered, third they didn't return my calls or emails for a full business day and when they finally returned my call, they told me I was wrong and refused to refund my money. Not only did I have to find another dessert for my party, i Never got my money back and this business owner was absolutely rude to me. BUYER BEWARE of this unprofessional business.

Beautiful ambiance, excellent food. Service was fast and efficient. Definitely my new go to.

I LOVE this bakery so much. I have a few food allergies and the ingredients B&H use are clean. I didn't have any reactions and everything was delicious. No seed oils are used and they can accommodate so many different diets (keto, paleo, vegan). At this point, I have tried every single one of their pies, the cinnamon rolls (which are a must try), donuts, cookies, and a beautiful cake. I will definitely be going back for more. Their service is wonderful too. Monique and her team are so genuine, and you can tell they care about their customers and want them to have the best experience eating sweets!

Ordered cookies for my bachelorette party to be delivered the day we arrived. I had not received them so I sent an email asking why and I was told that they had a delay and would not be able to get them to me until the next day. If I had not asked, I would not have even been told about the issue. Then they show up the next day, cookies and icing still warm and the icing is ALLLLL smeared all over all the cookies because they were not cooled properly. The worst money I ever spent and also the worst customer service.
