Had the seafood fettuccine without any spice for lunch. Good dish. Excellent view of Lake Washington. Dined with two colleagues. They had been here before, this was my first visit. They didn't comment on their food. The waiter didn't say welcome, just asked what we wanted to order before taking drink orders. Our entrees arrived before the drinks, and when I reminded him, he admitted he forgot. My drink arrived when I was almost finished eating. He didn't check on us and just dropped the check off without a word. Small parking lot at the restaurant. There's more parking in a lot across the street and street parking.

Food was great! As a vegetarian I found that there were many options to choose from. I had the veggie eggs Benedict which was really good. The restaurant is right at the beach and has amazing views. We were able to enjoy the sun on a winter day which was really nice. The restaurant even has its own parking.

A tasty restaurant with a beautiful view. Reservations are good to have. We lucked out and were able to get seats at the bar. The bar is a great option as you can take advantage of the happy hour food and drink deals, and the bar seating affords a beautiful view. Service was friendly and attentive. The clams I had were incredibly delicious. The salmon sliders and fish n chips (both were happy hour offerings) were also yum. But seriously, I could drink the broth those clams were in. Incredibly delicious. And there's a good cocktail, wine, and beer menu as well.

Any restaurant with a great view of the water is already a plus! A little bit of a drive for me but my friends decided to give this place a shot. I ordered the eggs Benedict. Easy to tell that the hollandaise sauce was made from scratch. Delicious! The potatoes are a bit on the dry side and lacked flavor a bit. Service was great! Friendly staff!

We dropped in mid-morning on a drizzly Sunday and were able to sit immediately with a great view of the lake and park. The service was prompt and friendly, the food and drinks were delicious (not pictured, crab Benedict, definitely would order again) and the space was cozy. Great brunch experience.

Came by the BeachHouse for dinner with the girlies and the vibes were immaculate! Even though we missed the sunset, the environment was still wonderful to be in and I want to be back earlier next time. Our server was energetic and attentive, and let us hang out to chat for quite a bit after.I ordered the Seafood Fettucine, which was a good portion and had a thoughtful bowl accompanied to put shells into. There was a healthy helping of noodles but the ratio of seafood to carbs was great. Some places are too noodle heavy but this was not the case. The Blood Orange cocktail was also quite tasty and hid how strong it was well. The highlight was honestly the bread pudding. It was huge and delicious and the 3 of us inhaled it.Would be a nice place to celebrate an occasion and very romantic!

The food was good! I ordered fried chicken with mashed potatoes and a mushroom gravy. It was delicious. My wife had the burger that tasted amazing. To drink I had an old fashion, it was good. My wife had the Lavender bees nees to drink and she really enjoyed it. As far as the ambiance I don't think there's a chair in the house that does not get to see water. Casual, loud, fun setting. The service was good, but there was one waiter it seemed like for the whole restaurant. Super nice guy that was very helpful but very busy. Be aware if you're handicapped or can't climb stairs. The restrooms are not accessible unless you can go up a flight of stairs. Great spot, parking may be an issue due to small parking lot but manageable. I'd definitely come here again!

Great location and not a bad seat in the house. Lots of food for your buck. The bathrooms are not handicap accessible which was a pain for myself who cannot walk at the moment. I would go for food before I went for drinks. They were out of a lot of items too. The view was worth it more than anything.

A great spot for any and every meal! Breakfast? Brunch? Lunch? Dinner? Yes x4!The eggs Benedict was delicious. The yolks were perfectly runny, the English muffin toasted to perfection, and just the right amount of hollandaise. The views are incredible - the Kirkland water front is just feet away. Would be a perfect spot at sunset!Parking is very limited as they only have a small lot in front, but there is free street parking nearby.

I want to inform you of an unfortunate event that occurred to us at the Beach House Restaurant location in Kirkland. We decided to bring my mother-in-law to try your brunch, as she was in town visiting. We were doing some tourism, so to avoid missing out on the brunch schedule, we attempted to join the waitlist online, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. Consequently, around 11 a.m., we called the restaurant. The person on the phone assured us, "You can walk in anytime, and don't worry--as long as you arrive before 2 p.m., we can take your order." Arriving at your restaurant at 1:47 p.m., and waiting for 5 minutes to be attended, we were surprised when the waitress informed us that brunch orders were no longer accepted, not even for takeout. This contradicted the information provided over the phone and the signage displayed throughout Beach House, which clearly states "brunch until 2 p.m.". At that point, we were ok with ordering takeout, but they would not allow us to.The waitress then suggested an alternative: ordering from the dinner menu instead. We expressed our concern, as the signage indicated that dinner service began only after 3:30 p.m. However, she confidently stated, "That's not accurate; you can order from the dinner menu after 2 p.m." Following her advice, we joined the waitlist for a table. After waiting around the neighborhood for approximately 15 minutes, the waitress called me and delivered disappointing news: "We apologize, but you cannot order from the dinner menu, and it's already past 2 p.m., so brunch is also unavailable." Our frustration was palpable. I asked about other options, emphasizing our need to have anything available to eat, but her response was disappointing: "There's nothing I can do; we cannot offer you anything to eat." Only after persistent requests and a 2-minute hold did I manage to obtain an email address to provide this feedback to the Manager. Of course, even if I emailed them, they have not even bothered to answer back, nor to fix this behavior. This situation is regrettable, and it is unacceptable for a customer-facing team to provide conflicting information and do nothing about it. We had planned ahead and even called to ensure our timely arrival. I share this feedback because, if it happened to us, it likely affected other customers as well.
