Well, if you're looking for fast service, this place has that.. Literally no one else in the store at 5pm but a door dasher picking up. I had the chicken with steamed rice, mixed green salad and steamed veggies. The chicken was bland. The steamed veggies look like they took a bag of coleslaw mix with the shredded carrots and cabbage and steamed it with a little bit of seasoning. Very mushy. The salad with mixed greens; how can you screw that up it's simply bagged salad. The vinaigrette they used on it was okay. The steamed rice was just that. My husband had the gyoza (not pictured) and they were steamed which he really liked. He also opted for the yakisoba noodles. The noodles were a bit bland as well as everything else. Overall I would give it a C-Just a note, with it being so slow, the floors were littered with wrappers from straw wrappers, forks etc and our table was very sticky.. They had plenty of time to cleanWe did go because of a BOGO coupon, but we will not be back.

I should have read the reviews. Some people's reviews are exactly my thoughts! Ordered steamed vegetables, noodles, rice, half teriyaki chicken, have spicy chicken. Not good at all! Steam vegetables, noodles, and regular chicken very bland and the chicken was very dry. Didn't even attempt the rice. Not a fan of steamed goyza. Wish I would've known it was steamed before I ordered. Hubby eats anything and he didn't even like it. Nobody in there on a early Friday evening. That should have been a sign. All the tables were dirty but one, and that table had spilled sticky sauce all over the floor.Giving 1 star because the staff was really nice.

Food was tasty, they don't skimp on ANYTHING. You can ask for more sauce and they don't give you "the look." Lol My bf and I shared one "build your own" and did double meat. We got the spicy chicken with brown rice and salad. I appreciate their customer service for a quick take out spot. The worker was kind, quick, and patient since we were a little indecisive. We paid around $18 and were both full after our meal. It's not a place I crave often, but it's a good place to get a quick meal.

I popped in mid November as they had recently opened and wanted to know the process. The manager greeted me, was friendly, even after I had said I wasn't staying to eat. He told me there was gluten free teriyaki- and being gluten free, this was exciting! Finally stopped in today. Workers behind counter washed hands before greeting us. Worker who helped me- did not understand me each time I asked about gluten free items. "Is that gluten free?" I had to point to a dish, ask if it was gluten free, didn't understand and would just say "veggies?" Or "chicken?" I had to walk back and forth to the sign posted on the wall next to the boxes where there was a list of items that were gluten free and things that were not. This why this is a 3 star review. Because at a bare minimum, staff should be able to understand the customer, understand the questions, provide a description of the options, and then provide the food item to me. The gluten free teriyaki is grilled chicken. Because there are no gluten free sauces here. All chicken is gluten free. Fairly typical, but I was bummed. $26 for two boxes. Decent price. Different options to make a meal- rice, sides including broccoli, and veggie stir fry. We both got the chicken. The food was actually better than I thought; the chicken was well seasoned, tender. I'd go back, in a crunch, and if I was at home alone for a quick lunch. Not replacing my favorite teriyaki spot in Puyallup.

We have enjoyed BB's Teriyaki multiple times and everything has always been very good. The vegetables are fresh, hot, very nicely spiced. The spicy chicken never needs any other sauce, perfect the way it is.The business is ran by extremely polite people and they keep the entire restaurant clean, everywhere you look it is always so clean, refreshing to dine in, or take out. Definitely try BB's, you will enjoy I am sure!!!!

We went when no one was there. I ordered the mixed salad, yakisoba, and stir fried veggies. The veggies are just onions, carrots, and cabbage. They were decent. Half the "salad" was brown and slimey. Not my jam. The spicy chicken yakisoba was fine. Nothing could be considered hot, it was all lukewarm. It was just okay. I don't know if I'd return.

I haven't had teriyaki in a while so I decided to give this new place try. Who doesn't enjoy some good chicken teriyaki? Well, I guess anyone who doesn't eat meat wouldn't but you get what I'm trying to say. I ordered the chicken, double at extra charge, with a big side of broccoli and small sides of brown rice and salad with dressing and both regular and spicy teriyaki sauces on the side. I got my moneys worth of meat for paying extra which I'm happy about but the meal was just so-so. It's one those places where I'd likely return but not that often. Chicken was decent and in line with that of similar establishments. The rice seemed a bit hard /overcooked but putting some sauce over it helped. Dressing for the salad was watery but otherwise okay. I'm glad I chose broccoli for my big side as that was my favorite part. Broccoli was cooked very well and tasted great combined with chicken and teriyaki sauces. The spicy sauce really has a spicy kick which was nice for me but I'm glad I got both sauces to try out.Overall I'd say it's worth giving them a go if you're in the area. When I return I may try the brisket out and I'd definitely get double the broccoli for my side.

If you're looking for the "chipotle" of teriyaki then this is your place. The chicken and spicy chicken were very good. The Yakisoba tastes like it's from a food court place in the mall (not that good)The veggie stir fry was very good with the chicken on top and the sauce made it all come together. Worker kind of made us feel rushed in our decision making so would have liked to have a friendlier personality work with me. Store was clean and good music playing.

Literally the best place in town! Always clean and welcoming. The staff is kind, professional and friendly. The food is AMAZING. I am not a fan I typical teriyaki, but BBs in Puyallup is so far beyond any other place I've eaten at. We come here all the time! 6 people in our house and BBs is one of the o Lu places we all agree on. I get the brisket plate with steamed rice, picked cabbage salad and broccoli. ITS SOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!
