BBK TEA

BBK tea is a light, colorful shop thats adorned with plants, basket woven seating, and a couple of two-person tables. I enjoy the casual atmosphere as it helps me unwind after a long work day.Their drinks aren't anything amazing, but a couple of the fruit juice tea options (ex. blackberry lemonade) really stuck out to me due to its appealing mix of colors and fruit juice flavors, albeit being very sweet. The quality of the boba is solid: not too grainy nor overwhelming in its flavor. It's generally what you'd want/expect from any boba-tea shop. I wish I could give an extra half-star in my review, because I'd probably rate it closer to a 3.5. It is an above average shop that I enjoy, but my purpose for visiting is generally due to the convenience of its location rather than its quality offerings.

The person at the counter was very nice and helpful. She was able to recommend a variety of options from different categories. The tea was also nice and refreshing, and I love that they use real fruit! The have an assortment of toppings as well that aren't always common, such as mango and lychee popping boba and mango crystal boba. Would come back again!

Was in the area and wanted bubble tea, and this popped up as the closest. So, came here and I was wanting fries, but they were out. We got the Grapefruit Jasmine Green Tea, Kiwi Fruit Tea, and Orange Creamsicle, and they were all good. The boba texture was a but too soft, but it was still okay. I got the fruit teas at 25% sugar, but the Kiwi Fruit Tea did seem still too sweet for being 25%. I will try more flavors if I'm in the area.

Cute new boba place with trendy decor, they have a good variety of fruit and tea drinks!Located in the [ liveskysammamish ] mixed-use complex at the top of the hill, near a roundabout, you can see the sign when you drive by and turn inside the parking structure for covered parking.Ordered a peach lemonade at 75% sweetness and it tastes good with the added thick slice of lemon in there, and the jasmine fresh milk tea was good too--their boba is a little bland and overcooked, but the snacks are delicious when hot. The breading on the popcorn chicken snack is thick + savory and the fries are pretty average, but I enjoyed every bite because it hits the spot as a milk tea snack! This is a great place to stop by for a quick refreshment if you're out running errands or on a little date!

We live in the Sammamish area but had no idea this place has been opened since late 2022. Found out about it and decided to stop by since my daughter is a big fan of bubble tea. We really enjoy the casual atmosphere with verdant decor and clean aesthetic. There are a few tables and chairs so seating is somewhat limited although a lot of customers order to-go. They do have some unique options to choose from on their menu that sets them apart from other bubble tea establishments such as Space Juice (butterfly pea tea) and quite a number of other non-caffeinated options. Snack options that include popcorn chicken and fries are sufficient but they offer different sauces to accompany them.

Best bubble tea of my life! Highly recommend the 75 sweet grapefruit jasmine green tea w aloe and boba....Will be trying the kiwi fruit tea next

Great tea flavor! Fruit teas are so refreshing... and they use real fruit. They also use nondairy creamer for their milk teas which is awesome for lactose intolerant folks!One of my favorite spots in the Sammamish-Issaquah area. Better than the chains. Support local!

So, as a stereotypical boba Thai milk tea orderer, I came in looking for something less rich and sweet. After talking with the GENIUS at the counter to help me narrow down to the perfect drink, I went with her recommendation and got a Grapefruit Green Tea (50% sweet = 0.6 ounces of cane sugar) with the addition of Aloe to neutralize some of the bitterness of the grapefruit. AMAZING is all I have to say!Great addition to the neighborhood - have found my new refreshing drink order! (and it's pretty with a fresh slice of grapefruit)

Hands down best new boba shop in the area! All of the drinks are delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Their cloud is delicious, I recommend adding it to their smoothies and milk teas! Their snacks are also to die for - best sweet potato fries I've ever had. The service is amazing and you can tell they put lots of thought into the cute store and their customers. Will definitely be back!

We took our 6-year-old neighbor and his dad here for his first bubble tea. He absolutely loved it! They have plenty of caffeine-free options for kids as well as a small list of kid-oriented snacks like fries and popcorn chicken. The place is very clean and bright and the staff was super friendly. It's near Big Rock Park where we love to hike with the boy and his dad so we have a place too get a fun treat afterwards!
