Baytown Seafood & Crawfish

I didn't enjoy the food. The shrimps were okay. The crab cakes was terrible. I will not return

Friendly wait staff and delicious food! I ordered the Two Fish 6 Shrimp meal and it did not disappoint! I plan on coming back in the near future!

We happened upon this place when everything else was crowded on Mother's Day! It was FANTASTIC!!

So the menu has changed. Approximately 2 months ago according to the waiter who gave us great service by the way. Very polite and respectful. Gives me hope for the future. Anyhow, we went because I saw the Snapper Alexander on the menu here and I assume it's in the pictures of the old menu here. That menu was five pages. The new one is only two. Let's get to the food part. Since they didn't have the Alexander which is a sauce. I decided to get the grilled snapper filet, dirty rice and hush puppies. I also ordered the crawfish étouffée so I could put that on top of the filet. Well the sad thing is that the filet was skin-on so it was very fishy tasting. It also tasted like they forgot how to season a piece of grilled fish. Now that could be because I always order my fish blackened everywhere I go but that was not an option here. Nonetheless it was really bland no salt, no spice, no fat of any kind. Like y'all got some butter or olive oil in there, something? The dirty rice was also very bland. The étouffée was decent but the vegetables in it were too al dente for me. I like them a little more done. The crawfish was over cooked so it was a little rubberyOk now to the good part that I would definitely go back for. My wife ordered fried fish and shrimp. That fried fish was top three of the best fried fish I've ever had. The batter was crispy, better and seasoned great. The shrimp wasn't too shabby either. So if we ever want some good fried fish and shrimp we might come here instead of Linda's since it's closer. The restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is nice, not too bright, not too dark, not too noisy. It's in an old Pizza Hut that I use to eat at as a kid so it's a little nostalgic for me as well. I'm posting pictures of the updated menu as well.

Had lunch here for the first time and I tried a poboy. It was delicious and battered to perfection. The fries were perfectly seasoned and delicious too. I'll definitely be back to try other menu items. Restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Some of the tastiest seafood I have ever had. Had the grilled fish and oysters and shrimp.

Good food and friendly staff. Parking is a little tight, so try parking on the side of the building.

They had no crawfish and no sausage the menu was dirty the restaurant look like it needed to be cleaned at 6:18 PM on Sunday there was no customers inside what does that tell you

Great guy who owns the business an is a hell of a cool to be on the Channelview side I stop by every week fish is good shrimp is also fried or grilled
