Bayside Cafe

I feel bad for this place that it is located in a practically invisible spot in the not-the-nicest area of Everett, because it is GOOD! Neither my husband nor I are Vegan--we got a gift certificate for this place from a relative that is--so we were trepidatious about both the food and the location. But we were so pleasantly surprised! Hubby got the German brat and loved it! I got the fish(less) sandwich and could not tell it wasn't actually fish, as it was flaky like cod. The vegan ranch tastes like normal ranch, and the fried mushrooms were a nice appetizer. But most importantly, the waitress was super nice and helpful, and the interior aesthetic was welcoming and clean.I so hope this restaurant succeeds, as it deserves to despite its locale. So let me add to the five-star reviews and get out the word of mouth that even non-vegans will like this place if they give it a try.

So so so good. The western burger yasssss! Honestly the best. Had it twice in one day the first time I tried it yesterday. Before I went vegan, I would have eaten this in place of any other burger. Can't wait to fully try everything but that will definitely be my go to. They have cupcakes too. I didn't try one yet but I will!

Bayside is a wonderful place to have some great vegan comfort food!My wife and I are from Seattle, but whenever we are in Everett, we definitely make a stop at Bayside! This spot is an Everett treasure for sure!The service is phenomenal. The staff are always so kind and pleasant to us. The restaurant has a great vibe. It is located in a former Asian restaurant and it definitely has that vibe in its decor, but also has a cool new funky vibe as well! It's definitely a casual ambiance as well.The food was phenomenal. I had the deep fried pickles, BBQ soy curls sandwich, and the confetti cupcake. My wife had the Ramen weekend special (not a regular dish). The food was absolutely delicious and had an amazing taste. We both enjoyed our food and the cupcake was good as well.I highly recommend Bayside for great comfort vegan food eats and we will be back!

I tried this vegan restaurant in Everett for the first time last week. I heard about it on a news article saying it's one of the best vegan restaurants in the area. From the outside, it doesn't look very inviting. But the inside is really large and well decorated, with a bar lounge area and a regular dining area with booths and lots of seating. The staff were super friendly, giving me great recommendations for what to order and good conversation.I ordered the vegan buffalo wings, which is made from homemade seitan wrapped around a fake bone and fried, then dipped in buffalo sauce. This was really delicious, and you can tell it's made with a lot of love, a very unique dish. For entrees, me and my friend ordered burgers with different toppings. They came with beyond beef, vegan cheese, sauces, and fun toppings like onion rings, vegetables, and more. It came with curly fries or regular fries, and the staff gave us tons of unique sauces for dipping. The burgers were really good, but the star of the show was the buffalo wings! Staff recommended the fried pickles and mushrooms, but were too full to try. I hope to go back and try them soon.We ordered 2 cupcakes, the chocolate bomb one and a birthday cake one. Both were delicious and made great leftovers! I really recommend this place. The staff is lovely and put a ton of energy and effort into their food and quality service. The space is large, so you can come with a good group of people. Everything is fresh and it was a great experience. I really recommend this restaurant! I attached some photos of the menu.

My favorite vegan restaurants, this is where I take my carnists friends and it's a hit. I especially love their Chik'un wings. Burgers are a winner too.

Amazing flavors, and even better dipping sauces! My kids didn't even notice their food was vegan!

Soooo yummy! I love this place! Get the nachitos, tots, a burger + habanero ranch. Highly recommend. The atmosphere is very funky - an old Chinese restaurant turned neon vegan spot - but it adds character and overall is a fun experience. But really, you should come here for the vegan food. We are not even 100% vegan but we love to eat here. They also have gluten free options, which is a bonus!

The food here is absolutely amazing. Couldn't be happier to have found this spot. The restaurant from the outside looks not great but the food is so so good. They deserve a new location that really shows what they can offer. The wings, incredible. A little expensive but in my opinion worth it. The pulled pork, amazing. The western burger, out of this world. If I could eat here everyday three times a day i would.

This place was great! There is so much to choose from as far as going out foods you could never eat at a regular dinner. You also have a choice of alternative means for your burger or dogs. I can't wait to try the vegan eggs, and yes, they have them. They made my son blur cheese dressing on the spot when asked. The staff was friendly and very helpful if you had never been to a vegan place before. I will be going back.

I've been here many, many times now and I have absolutely loved it every time. The food is undeniably delicious every time - I've brought countless of my non-vegan friends/family and everyone always loves it.The staff is always so kind and helpful, plus the restaurant design itself is very quirky and unique.I could go on and on about how much I love Bayside. Thank you for bringing such delicious vegan food to our area, you all are amazing!!
