Warm, delicious chocolate chip cookies! I was craving cookies & stumbled upon this place. It did not disappoint! The cookies were crispy on the outside but gooey and thick on the inside. The employees were friendly and accommodating with my request of warm cookies. The inside doesn't have any seating but there's plenty outside. You can even partner it up with ice cream from Handel's next door. Plenty of parking in the lot. Go now!

Cookies! These cookies are like your grandmas cookies. Warm, thick and gooey. My friends love their The Oaty chip. So I got it for her and for myself to try, and I got their classic. I actually like their classic cookie better, it just tasted homey. Their oaty chip was good but I felt it was a bit dry. It was still good though. Cookies are a bit pricier than say Crumbl. It's $22.50 for half a dozen.

Orders 6 assorted cookies to go. The best one was the strawberry cheesecake cookie. Didn't care too much for chocolate and peanut butter one. I think this place is better than Crumble. Would be cool for a bday party. Recommended.

Love love love this cookie spot! They always hit the spot. I love that they don't switch up the flavors too much and the cookies are the perfect size and you don't feel like you're in a sugar coma after like some other popular cookie companies. Service at this location is always great and speedy! Every time I'm in the area I'm sure to stop by! I wish they had closer locations to where I live in San Diego. But always a treat when going there or even to Snapdragon.

Without a doubt, the best cookies you can get in San Diego, and they might be the best cookies I've ever had. Baked to perfection. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. They are thick. My all time favorite is the Smo (seasonal smores cookie) but also love the classic, the lady, and the sugar. You can't go wrong with any flavor here. It's hard to enjoy other cookies after you've tried Batch and Box. Don't waste your time at Crumbl.They recently opened a second location in La Jolla, but I hope they open another location that is more central in San Diego, like Mission Valley.

The online ordering was a breeze and within 15 minutes we had our cookies in hand. The outside pick up place was full of other cars and there no additional space. I contacted the store and the kind lady met me outside to hand us the cookies. What excellent service! We ordered the classic (the classic! delicious!), the doodle (very cinnamon-y), the gentleman (very rich), the pink lady (our favorite), the wonder (yummy!), and the seasonal matcha berry (our least favorite, and I love matcha). Overall I enjoyed these cookies but found them just a tad bit dry.. it could also be because we picked them up at the end of the day. Either way, this place definitely satisfied my sweet tooth!

I stopped in here because I was in this shopping center buying pastries and thought, why not get a box of cookies to take home with me. So I bought a box of ... 6, and they lasted me several days. They were good cookies, but I would buy fewer next time, and maybe trust my gut - when I had chosen 5 but was determined to fill a box of 6 I asked the young woman behind the counter which one her favorite was, I got 2 of that cookie, and later determined it was my least favorite. But that's fine, they were all fine cookies. They look more like standard home made cookies, the 5 different types I got didn't have frosting or any fancy decorations or anything. They were all dense and tasted high quality. Worth trying, to see if you like them. I had a lot of food available to me during my SD trip and these ended up lasting me a week. Take that how you will.

Came here on Saturday around 830pm ish but there were no samples at the sample jar so I asked the cashier if we can taste some samples prior to buying some. The cashier was clueless about samples but there is a big sign outside of the store that there are samples available.... Anyhow she asked one of the girls in the back and told me that they don't do samples on the signature cookies but only the pumpkin flavor available... but she needs to go get the girl from the back because she's young...?! Lol ok...Anyhow pumpkin cookie was ok but the description of the wonder cookie sounds amazing so decided to get that one and hub wanted cocoa pb so we got one of each. Each cookie was 4.50 dollars... but gotta admit, it was pretty good and love how they serve warm. But they weren't def not worth 4.50 dollars each...

Wow! Have to say this place serve one of theeee best and yummiest cookies ever. I've tried various "popular" spots such as Levains cookies in NYC, Paderia in OC and Anthony's cookies in SF and I have to say this place is UP there! We tried the wonder which contains dark chocolate, coconut, walnut, and butterscotch, WOW amazing. Chewy and gooey. I'd be dreaming of this cookie for a while
