Bassline Brewing

First visit to this brewery and I really enjoyed it. Met some colleagues for a drink and some appetizers. The "Coffee & TV" beer is one of the best beers I've had in a long time. It's a stout that's flavorful and dark but not too heavy. No overtly bitter aftertaste, just pleasant notes of coffee. I also tried the "100 Days IPA" and it was good too. As for food, we tried the pretzels and beer cheese which were fantastic, the "Big Stuffed Portobello Mushroom" and a Sausage Roll. The Mushroom plates very nice, it just looks fantastic. However, it's a bit cumbersome as a shareable as it requires you to hack off a piece at a time. I imagine it works best for a couple to share on the same plate. But flavor-wise, it's on point and was cooked (texture) to perfection. The sausage roll was crispy, cheesy, and just spicy enough.Atmosphere is solid--a band was picking away off and on while we were there but other than a bass solo, never really got going. I imagine it's pretty loud inside if a full band is performing. There's some outside space which is nice, but it's not shaded/covered so it is probably best in the evening. Parking is free (!) if you can find it (quite full as this is attached to the L&L Market").

Great place! Service was amazing! The brewer was here and very friendly. This business replaced Bold Patriot and is a big improvement!! Flight is a great way to taste your favs. I also chose to have full glass of the Sour (very refreshing sour for a sour, which isn't normally my fav) and then a full glass of the caramel apple cider (also not normally a fav). The pumpkin was really great too with the r brown sugar rim. Mmmm.

The flight we got was fantastic. I think we got the sugar cookie, Oktoberfest, passion fruit sour, and pumpkin smash. I would re order any and all of them. The sugar cookie was my favorite, a great dessert beer. Our server Tavis was top notch, extremely personable and attentive. They were doing some remodeling of a kitchen area so I would like to return when it's done to try the food. If it is anything like the beers I'm sure I will be pleasantly surprised. They have some TVs for sport watching and the rest of the staff was also very kind. Would recommend.

Passing through town and wanted a beer and snack. Also it is posted as a woman owned establishment- so wanted to support them. Nice, friendly, quiet place, with comfy tables and chairs. Had a flight of beers after learning the beers are all from other local breweries- partners. They are awaiting approval of their brewing license. Had the chicken wings and a s"slice" of pizza. Both were wonderful. The wings were perfectly smoked and tasty- none of that deep fried nasty. The pizza was equally amazing. Roasted vegs over a delicious red sauce, Look forward to coming back to town and visiting this wonderful spot once they are brewing their own

We're here from Az. We met Janet at the music city Brewfest (the owner of Bassline) we stopped by the brewery/restaurant before flying out and had the most amazing burger ever and their beer is so good. I'm not an IPA guy but the backstage hazy IPA was very good.

Everything was great from the service to the food! We had pizza slices and wings, and they were both amazing! Cannot wait to go back.

Great seltzers and beers!! The flat bread is fantastic!! Met the owners, they are lovely! Fun atmosphere. Had food and drinks after taking the Music City Rollin' Jamboree bus tour, great place to hang out afterwards.

You have to get to Bassline Brewing ASAP! The owner Janet is a gem and so passionate about her business and her customers!! Enzo makes one amazing pizza and their wings were delicious!! My husband had the flight of beer and loved all the different flavors our wonderful bartender helped him pick;) we are from Ohio visiting our daughter but will definitely be back when we come in town. I have been craving their pizza since we left! I can't wait to go back-hopefully Janet is there so we can talk with her more!! She seems like an amazing businesswomen

10/10! Love this brewery. Not typically a beer person but they had great fruit beers, ciders and the typical stouts, hoppys, lagers, etc. Food was great too!!!! Will be my new go to stop.
