Baro Grocery

This is a very small, packed to the brim store. It's quite randomly stocked. They sell a little bit of everything. The very cool thing is that they make and sell injera for 60 cents a piece. I will definitely be returning to pick some up soon.

Great variety of products. Super friendly and professional staff. Hidden treasure. Small family owned and local business.

I would have 10 negative stars if I could. Rudest that I've ever been treated!!!! They opened 45 minutes late. I am having a party and was comparing prices on beer. She asked me what I was doing and I told her. She said," No, get out or I will call the police!" I told her I planned on making a purchase, even if it wasn't beer. She wouldn't even let me make a purchase at this point and threatened to call the cops again. I've never in my life been treated so badly, especially so unnecessary. Don't give this rude lady your business. I don't look like I would steal and I've never had an employee be so hostile yo me for absolutely no reason at all

Yes this market is filled to the brink, but hands down the best place in the Seattle area for injera!

The women who worked there their the most rude person I ever seen in my life she doesn't have a good manner for customers, I wake in to get Enjera and she disrespect me with no reason I don't how she got this store open this long this store should be closed, people should be treated like that I don't like this store at all!!

My husband walked into the store and found nothing he needed and walked out. The owner accosted him as he was leaving and yelled at him for not buying anything and wasting her time. He told her that he would never come into the store again and bother her. Her reply was that she didn't need his business. If that's how you treat customers, why even own a business?Avoid.

Just left this place. I literally walked in to get a drink (water or coke). I browsed for a minute. I didn't see what I was looking for. The lady followed me out and first accused me of stealing and then asked why I went into her store to bother her. My response was "I apologize for walking into your store and I promise I will never come in again."

DONT GO THERE. The owner is rude and disrespectful if you spend a little more time in her store. She is going to call you idiot if you ask questions. We basically got kicked out of it because we were there a little long. She even called 911. I will never go there.
