Barnyard Espresso

This is one of the best coffee spots in Woodinville. The coffee is fresh, delicious and the barista is always friendly. The only thing they need to change is their modesty - they should be loud and proud of their bean water. If you need a drive-thru caffeine kick then I'd send you here.

This small, family owned business has become our favorite coffee spot. The staff is super-friendly, there's a huge variety of coffee selections, and the quality and flavor is always superb. Whenever we've got a road trip planned (or "just because"), we start the trip with one of their great coffees. (My fave is their Vanilla Latte.)

The new ownership has done an amazing job of making this this the perfect stop for my morning coffee and I even find myself going by for an afternoon refresher every so often. They have totally freshened up both the building and the menu. Baristas are great and offer fun suggestions for putting a twist on your usual. They are super conscious with masks and sanitizing. Oh and the coffee is awesome.

I've been hesitant to write this review because I hate to give a low rating to a small business but, I've reached my tipping point and here we are. This is the only coffee stand in the area, so by default they have an advantage because of convenience. However, they've just gone down hill and sadly, I will no longer be a customer....I'll go with out or go out of my way to somewhere else. First, they have no system for serving customers in the order they get in line. They are a two sided drive-thru and if you are behind one car on one side, and another car pulls up on the other - they'll serve them first. This is especially frustrating when the line is more than three cars. Some people do the right thing and will say to serve you first, but most do not and the baristas never pay attention. Second, they raised the prices a couple of months ago and they are, quote, "still lower than Starbucks or everywhere else". This simply isn't true. The prices used to be fair but now it's just ridiculous- ~$7.50 after a $.50 tip for a white chocolate mocha or a lotus energy drink? Huh? I've sanity tested this and Starbucks is definitely much cheaper. Lastly, there's no consistency to the drink making. I tried to call this morning to confirm the ratio of pumps to a beverage and there was no answer - but I'm pretty certain 1 pump lotus for a 16oz isn't right. And if it is - the other baristas have been doing it wrong. Either way, my drink is flat and flavorless, and is not the amount of caffeine I very much need. Especially at the cost. In summary, the convenience of the location doesn't warrant the high cost and minimal caffeine, and certainly doesn't outweigh the frustration resulting from a lack of process and consistency.

Yum what a delicous drink! I have visited this stand in the past but not under the new ownership. So many creative drinks, huge syrup flavor list and friendly barista. I got the French Kiss which is a vanilla white chocolate mocha. Definitley a sweet drink but the great espresso flavor comes through beautifully. I asked for light ice and it was perfect. As for a reward system, you have to give your phone number BEFORE the transcation. No physical punch cards here. I didn't know this- so I lost out on points for my drink today but I will try to remember to give them my phone number before I pay next time. Overall: cute stand, delicous drink and so many creative drinks for me to come back and try next time!

Great first experience, coffee was delicious and barista was inviting and provided excellent service. She was quick to engage and ensured to ask for my number to sign up for rewards. Found yourself a new regular!

Great latte, great staff!Ask for chocolate covered coffee beans to go with your drink. Wonderful crunchy, tasty addition.Love the look of the stand, too.

Don't waste your time or money. I have tried multiple times and had the same barista that doesn't know what they are doing and clearly doesn't care at all either.
