Waited a long time with only one person ahead of me and when I finally did get to the window another customer who had just pulled up on the other side was helped before me. Incredibly slow service and both of my Italian Red Bull sodas are practically tasteless.

Wow.........This visit could not have gone much worse. Save your money, and do not bother buying a cup of garbage you won't finish. This is not meant to be intentionally offensive, but it was seriously awful. We ordered a soy London fog and the "Hawaiian lei" specialty drink. She couldn't remember our drinks or the sizes and asked several times. It took strangely long, and everything was fine until we drove off. My London fog was not even.... remotely.... warm. It was like hour old bathwater. She had asked if I wanted a sleeve.... For what?! It was not even lukewarm. Seriously. I have a feeling she just poured cold soy milk into the hot tea? The worst part? We drove back... And the other barista opens the window. I tell her what happened and she takes my cup and says nothing...then indignantly apologizes.... and resteams the entire drink......Yeah.Dumps my entire drink; syrup, tea and "warm" milk and all, and resteams it all. She doesn't even remake the drink. You are N E V E R supposed to reheat milk that has already been steamed. The drink I personally had sipped out of, went into the pitcher that they prepare everyone's drinks in??? How many times do they do this a day?! And actually, THIS might be the worst part:IT WAS BARELY WARM THE SECOND TIME AROUND. She gave me my drink back in the same cup I had, and now it tasted like only *half hour* old bathwater. I was in disbelief. Not only did it taste way wrong because the entire London fog was resteamed, but it was not 'hot' whatsoever. This was a sad, sad experience. Making a London fog is not chemistry. Clearly they need to retrain their baristas. Please, for your sake, do not go here! This was probably the worst coffee drive thru experience I've had! And I'm sure you all know how a bad drink can ruin your morning. Like I said, this place couldn't have been much worse.

Don't go here within the last half an hour of the day, batista close down the machine (like, clean with purocaff) early... came here around 6:40-45pm, asked for a few espresso shots - THAT'S IT - got some attitude and was told [she] would have to run a few shots through because she'd already cleaned the machine. Ha. No. I don't trust that, I've been a barista since 2006, purocaff isn't something you take lightly. I told her not to worry about that, I'll take cold shots. Her attitude instantly changed from irritated to bubbly, telling me how yummy the toddy shots are there... I asked if she'd already shut down the CC machine, too. She said no, the boss pays attention to that, with a giggle, and then something else about prepping for closing so she doesn't get mad at late customers. Okay. The shots were nasty. If you don't want to work, give the position to someone who does - like I said, I am a batista, it's not rocket surgery; Your. Job. Isn't. Hard.

Horrible experience! We just left there and the girl working was socializing with her friend in front of us for quite some time. We pulled up to the other window and she flipped us attitude. As we were trying to re-position the car she rolled her eyes at us! We took a detour out of our way as the last time we were there the girl was awesome and the coffee was amazing! This time the coffee was ok, but the barista horrible!!! I am a barista of 18 years at the same stand in Lynnwood. Never once have I treated even the worst customer like she treated us! Went through with my friends that came down for the holiday from Canada, I was so embarrassed that she treated them like that!

Lainey is amazing and this coffee is top quality. I worked for Starbucks while in college and use to go practically every other day, but since I was relocated Everett due to the coronavirus as part of a relief group, this coffee stand has saved me time and time again and once again, Lainey is a doll and she always takes care of my co worker and I. Thank you for the coffee, great service, and a friendly face to look forward to seeing during a hard time.

I've been going to this stand for three years. I'm a coffee snob so for me to stick to any one place means a lot coming from me. I was a barista myself for about three years and know what coffee should taste like. When one is a barista it's hard to give up the control over our drink because you know how it should be made. I also know what milk should sound like when it's steaming. Hint- if it's screaming it's going to taste microwaved and flat- they need to move that steam wand to the top of the milk pitcher to aerate it. All it takes for me to go to another stand is one incidence of receiving a non-aerated latte. My favorite thing about this stand is the $2 Mocha Mondays! You won't find a mocha cheaper, and like I eluded to earlier- the quality is excellent because the coffee is excellent and so are the baristas. Bargreen has been roasting coffee in Everett since 1890 and I'm a sucker for a local roast. Another favorite, like I mentioned, is the baristas. Christine works weekdays in the morning and girl can pull a mean espresso shot. She knows what "ristretto" is, aerates my milk when I order hot drinks and remembered my drink the second time I came in. She's really sweet, too and always brightens my Monday mornings. This stand also has almond milk for only 25 cents more, which is an absolute steal considering that most stands charge 50 cents or more. They also offer rice milk and soy milk for those who are lactose intolerant or are avoiding animal products. Don't forget to get a punch card for two-punch Tuesdays and check out the daily specials. The crepes are delicious and not a bad price- $3.25 each. The bagels are good and they sell Umpqua oatmeal which is the most delicious oatmeal I've ever had. Give this stand a try- it could be your new favorite. Just don't go Monday mornings because I hate waiting in lines and don't want to wait behind you ;)

I just tried this coffee stand for the first time when my daughter had hockey practice next door. I will be a regular on hockey weekends now. The coffee is great and even more than that, the barista (I didn't get her name. She was blonde) was so kind. She had a beautiful smile on her face and gave me lovely compliments that I needed after a rough morning. I feel like when it's early in the morning I deal with so many grouchy baristas but she was a ray of sunshine and made a great cup of coffee!
