Terrible customer service & they don't let you in unless you know what you want. However, I'm thinking they might not let you in regardless. The place is parked with really nice expensive cars though.

Well, not sure what to rate the service or anything. So, I made an attempt to go buy some crab on Saturday. They were supposed to open up at 12 pm and we got there about 5 minutes until 12 pm. They did not open at 12 pm like they said. There were other customers waiting as well. A couple left before we did and it was about 12:10 pm and they still were not open. We waiting for another 5-10, so let's say around 12:20 pm. Still not open!! We were done waiting around and left to Hong Kong market and bought the crabs from them. We might've had to pay a little more, at least they were open and ready to service their customers. Thank you Hong Kong Market in Kent!

Best place to buy live Dungeness crab! They are from Alaska and reasonably priced - cheaper than Uwajimaya and similar to Ranch 99. Sometimes they even have fresh sea urchin and the clams are cheaper too.

First of all my experience is awful . I called to ask if they have a specific fish that I'm looking for but to just get a response back with " NO, I don't speak English!" I asked if they have someone that speaks English which she responded with a NO again . This is my question so how are you guys gonna communicate with your customers when you guys don't speak English ? My recommendation is to hire someone that does speak English or learn how to . This is seriously ridiculous.

Good location and located just south from the Great Wall/99 Ranch Market. It is about 1/4 mile south of that Asian mall.I really wish this seafood market sign would be posted right by the main entrance so it would be easier to find this market. I passed by this market and had thought it is located in the back because I could not see the front entrance until I drove back to the main, busy street. This market has employees that speak English, Cantonese, and possibly Mandarin. This store has herbs, fishes, and other grocery items!
