Baraonda Sandy Springs was the last restaurant I visited during my recent trip to Atlanta, and it might have been the best one. My friends and I went for dinner, and by the end, even though we were full, we joked about getting second entrees because everything was so good. The service felt elevated yet personal, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. The space is gorgeous, open, and elegant, adding to the overall dining experience. However, I'm not a fan of the women on the wall--they looked trapped in the void, which is my only critique of the decor.I understand restaurants need to make money, but the $5 price tag for bread felt a bit steep. Despite this, the quality of the food made it worthwhile. I had the fish special, which was delicious, but if I could go back and do it again, I'd get the carbonara for the table to share. I had one bite of my friend's carbonara, and I wanted the rest!Overall, Baraonda Sandy Springs offers an exceptional dining experience that I highly recommend. Can't wait for my next visit!

I was expecting to be wowed. Sadly I wasn't. Amazing bar atmosphere. Dining room... not so much. Similar to a cafeteria. Wines by the glass were disappointing $10 cheapy below average bottles. Cocktail was better-- watermelon margarita. I usually find these disappointingly 80% ice ... this one was on the mark. Brooklyn Cafe out does everyone for wine though I was disappointed in this wine list. Bread service-- they charge. And bread not nearly as good as il giallo. Caesar salad average. Bruschetta was the best thing we ate and it's fairly easy to make oneself. Pasta good, not great. Small portions similar to tre vele. We really wanted to love something closer to home. Cibo e beve has them beat with free bread. Huge servings of great pasta. Great Caesar and good (not great) wine list. I might go back and try something different and sit at bar. I don't really like the dining room.

Baraonda has the best Italian food I have had in a very long time. Not only do they use the best ingredients but they also have gluten free pasta and gluten free pizza. I got to interact with the nicest staff who were so courteous and friendly. They have a complementary valet service. Ambience inside is super cozy and classy. You can choose between eating at the bar or eating at a high top/standard seating. They have live music on Friday nights. Can't wait to visit Baraonda again!

OMG!!! The service from Gabriella was amazing and the food was delicious. I dined here with three friends while in town for a few days. This place is a new favorite on my list and I will absolutely be back. Order all the food. Everything was delicious. And have it with a Gold Rush cocktail. You won't be disappointed!

Third time dining here... everytime consistently excellent. I usually eat at the beautiful bar, probably the most beautiful bar in Sandy Springs. Spacious and quiet so it's easy to strike up a great conversation as well. This time I had the eggplant fritters and then the roasted Halibut special, so fresh and delicious! Accompanied by a fabulous, crisp white wine. Generous pours and wonderful curated wine selection. Make this your go to dinner place, you'll love it. Easy self park or valet as well.

First visit to this location of Baraonda-Sandy Springs. Beautiful space with great atmosphere and bar area. Ruth at the bar was great! Food and service was fantastic. Wednesdays they have 1/2 price wine bottles and Italian guitar player. This is a great restaurant in our neighborhood. I will be back.

A great new addition to Sandy Springs. Superb and accommodating staff. Something for everyone one the menu-- fish, beef, lamb, chicken. Appetizers ranging from calamari to burratta. A tasty variety of pastas beautifully prepared.(Our favorite is papardelle with lamb ragú.) Make sure to check the daily specials-- always a different ravioli. Tables are spaced apart so even if they are all filled, you don't notice it. Lovely bar area and patio. We will be back often.

It's Monday night in Sandy Springs. Where to dine ? Stop right here. It's on the ground level across from the BOA where you can park for free. But you need to try the food. The eggplant meatballs, the crostini with some of the best mushrooms ever. We split the beef lasagne, the chicken breast special and the spinach and egg fettuccine. Can you say delicious? We weren't ready to photograph the food it disappeared from the plates so fast. Wonderful service and delicious flavors
