Only came here because we were waiting for our table at Pizzeria Bianco! The ambiance and decor was OK.One nice thing is you can bring your drinks over to Pizzeria Bianco when your table is ready. Otherwise, I don't think I would have gone out of my way to go here.

Chilling at the bar is a must when you're waiting for your table. Located in the next building over. Small appetizer menu and drinks. The staff is friendly and the inside decor is charming. They even have board games to play while you wait.

A fun little add-on to the famous pizzeria next door, Bar Bianco offers a small selection of drinks in a rustic setting. It felt almost like having drinks in the 1800s, with creaky wood floors and an old-timey parlor feel throughout the interior. There's also some seating out front on the patio.Bar Bianco does offer some small plates to go with the limited drink menu, but as a standalone business, there's not a ton going on here. It's a nice way to kill an hour while waiting for a seat at Pizzeria Bianco, but it's not the main attraction and it shows.

Found ourselves at Bar Bianco last weekend while we were in the waitlist for Pizzeria Bianco! They seem to have a great arrangement with the establishment next door and you are technically required to be here while waiting after a certain point. It's an old house, so naturally full of character and a cozy space. The bar in one room with various rooms with different types of seating. They also have a basket of blankets if you want to sit in the grass out front. Perfect for cooler Arizona days. They also have a few shelves of games which is great, especially when waiting for extended times! The menu seems pretty simple. Primarily wine and beer, but they has a few whiskeys. We also got their house bread which was quite tasty! You order at the bar and sit down, so not full service, for at least that night. Only downfall is one bathroom for whole place and the line backs up fast, but that's to be expected when built out of a house. Enjoyable place to wait in the vicinity or the occasion, nothing particularly stand out to go out of your way for, but would return!

Some things are worth the wait, like the pizza at pizzeria Bianco. Bar Bianco is located adjacent to the OG location downtown. Wait times for Pizzeria Bianco, can be long, so waiting at Bar Bianco for a drink is a great choice. I'm not much of a drinker, but they do have wine, beer, and cocktails. What I love most about Bar Bianco is the ambiance. It appears to be an old historic converted house turned into car. Super cool and worth checking out if you're waiting for pizza.

Such a cute place, but I really wish they'd expand this into more of a bar and less as a holding place for Bianco patrons (nothing against Bianco... I love the restaurant!). Nonetheless, Bar Bianco is a great place to hang out and enjoy a beer or wine. Ordering and finding a seat was unconventional, or at least with this one experience of ours. We got in a less than obvious line to the bar, got our drinks, then just found a place to sit. The very friendly staff checked on us a few times and offered to get us more drinks (so maybe we could have ordered from our seats?). I'm sure we'll be back, pizza next door or just to stop in.

There are few things I love more than a perfect little barn with amazing cocktail creations. Bar Bianco EXCELS in this and if I lived nearby would be pickling myself here daily. After a work trip, the BF and I found ourselves looking for some fun things to do. Usually, our trips revolve around finding the best food and bars. This was no exception. But after so much of that, we looked at nearby museums. The Science Museum was nearby and that became our focus. After which we were hungry and went to Pizza Bianco (located next door to Bar Bianco) since the bar wasn't open until 4pm. After our dinner we meandered over to Bar Bianco. We were the only patrons on this lazy Monday afternoon, which was just fine by us. The layout was kept the same and is quite charming and unique. To your right is the actual bar, and to your left is an open foyer with several small tables to sit and relax. We opted for the bar top, which provided us with a little more social interaction with the bartenders. The menu is perfectly sized with just enough for any cocktail connoisseur. My two cocktails turned out to be MAGNIFICENT. The first was the Fig Leaf Daquiri made with Pineapple Rum, Housemade fig leaf liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup. This drink was refreshingly delightful and delicately blended. The fig-leaf was green and fresh, unexpectantly uncloying blended with the pineapple rum. It was truly perfection on this warm Arizona day. Second, was the Bergamot Flip which was made in a Pisco Sour way (raw frothy egg). So avoid if you're weird about that. If not, you'll be delighted with the texture the egg white creates in this enchanting herbaceous beverage. I suppose what made our experience perfection was a culmination of five star items: quality of beverages, service, knowledge, and overall awesome venue. It was simply a wonderful way to end our Phoenix trip.

The atmosphere is amazing, customer is kinda rushed but good. The valet guy was terrible & rude. But he wants you to know make sure you tip. The pizza was not worth the amount paid, very hard & thin, not much on the pizza. I give 3 stars for the fine, that was the best part. If they had a happy hour session I would go for the wine.

What a hidden gem in one of the cutest neighbourhoods in downtown Phoenix! If you're in the mood to get to know your neighbours while sipping on a tasty cocktail, Bar Bianco is the place for you. We didn't get any food here, but rumour has it that you can get some food from the kitchen at Pizzeria Bianco next door. Being in Heritage Square, it would be a great spot for a date night after work, or if you want to get a drink after a concert or baseball game. Drinks: the drinks are very good. You can tell that they're crafted with care. I wasn't completely in the mood for anything I saw on the menu that night, but like any great bartender, Bar Bianco's mixologist was both willing and able to make sure I found a drink I liked. I found that a lot of their drinks were twists on classics. Mine had a generous splash of lemon and a touch of ginger. Ambiance: Bar Bianco is housed in a house with the bar portion on the right, off the entrance. There's the bar area, and numerous smaller tables throughout the building. We sat at the bar and were treated to some lovely conversation. I have a feeling that one of the guys we met is a regular. Above the bar there were a number of different glasses in all sorts of different shapes. Not being entirely familiar with cocktails, I asked the bartender to explain the differences to me, and he was more than willing to do so. Price: The prices weren't too far off what the average cocktail is in downtown Phoenix. You'll see cocktails around the $12-$15 dollar mark. Overall, my husband and I had a great date night, and we're definitely bookmarking for the next relaxed evening on the town.

Cool ambiance, nice bartender, and delicious drinks. My only complaint is the bathroom was very dirty; appeared as though it is not cleaned.
