Banter - Downtown

These were definitely delicious but felt kinda brushed off since they ran out of mushrooms and added an impossible patty instead without warning us. I try not to consume impossible meat because of how deeply processed it is. So wonder why we didn't get asked if the change was ok. We also noticed people that came after us got the same thing as we did and they got their food first with the mushrooms. So wonder what that was about. My boyfriend felt weirded out that they got their food first and felt a little discriminated.Kinda sad cause this was for vegan week & we were definitely treated less than. I guess beggars can't be choosers.The vegan latte was super delicious too. Wished the service was as great as well.

The inside is stylish and has great ambiance. The staff are all friendly. The food was tasty, so why only 3 stars? The only place they lost me was the exorbitant price. Although it was a great experience and tasty, the price did feel exceptional high.

This was a really cozy breakfast spot. I really liked the decor, and the staff was friendly. The Burrito I ordered was delicious and the house hot sauce(habanero pineapple) went with it very nicely. I requested my burrito without brown rice and the staff was happy to accommodate. The only issue for me was the price. They were running a Monday deal on coffee at $1 each, my wife and I each got a coffee and a burrito and ended up spending 50 dollars!

Great vibes and food. Staff is always friendly. The breakfast burrito is phenomenal and the drinks are very tasty. Get the extra sauce with the burrito!

If I just got the breakfast burrito every time, I'd give banter a 5 alone.I decided to try the chef's breakfast (seemed newer since the last time I ordered) and the thick cut bacon alone made the meal. Takeout was prompt service. Be aware, they get busy so online ordering may not be available which is a testament to the food. Well worth it.When our kiddo gets older, would love to dine in. It's cozy with indoor and outdoor seating. I'd say on the smaller side during winter, but hardly an issue because the food is that good.

Went here when I was starving, a couple of things, really cool vibe here, cooler than me by far lol. Woman at the counter was incredibly cool, I ordered the avo smash toast, and although I am not usually an avocado toast kinda girl, I loved it! It was creamy, crispy, tangy, and cheesy!! I didn't think I would finish it all and I did with relish!

The toast is to die for. The coffee can be inconsistent but the food always knocks it out of the park.

Going back through my foodie pics I found this gem from a few months back. Avo Smash - Usually I stick to the script with Vegan options but decided to go off the grid with this one. I added the poached egg and bacon, absolutely fabulous. I'd be just as content keeping it V. Super fresh and tasty. A very flavorful, flexible entree:)

Best breakfast burrito I've ever had. And I've had a lot in many different states. Iced latte was delicious too.
