Banh Mi Land

New spot. Clean, small, Gets pretty busy so I suggest ordering ahead. We've tried almost all of the banh mis here. So far our favorites were the crispy pork belly extra meat, and the meatball banh mi is real good. The bread is fresh but huge! I tend to pick off my ends anyway..The spring rolls were decent, it's served with shrimp only. Personally I prefer it with ham and a crunchy eggroll wrap, however the Peanut sauce is good. Next time I'll try adding an egg to one of the banh mis and also try their vermicelli bowls! Over all, good banh mi place closer to home and nice ladies working there.

I love a good Bahn Mi and was excited to try this place based off the positive reviews, but this was such a disappointment. We ordered two different sandwiches and both were the same: dry and awful. There was absolutely no mayo on either sandwich that we could detect. Pate and cilantro were the strongest flavours and the meat was dry and gristly. Maybe this was just a bad day for them, but I won't be trying this place again.

Came here even though it was 20 minutes out because I love banh mi! It is in a fun spot in Lynnwood, perfect if you're on I5 and need a little pit stop. Prices are pretty good. The people working there are super nice. The food is good quality. I wish that the packaging for to go orders was better- we ordered 5 sandwiches and they weren't labeled (2 were for someone with mayo allergies so I had to dig in there a bit to figure out which was which). Also, because of the yummy fresh veggies + dressing the wrappers were a little soggy so it made transportation a little wonky. The spring rolls were delish. A little bit too much lettuce on some that caused it to fall out a bit but that's ok because it tasted really good. Overall I'd come back because it's good quality. They recently opened so I'm sure they are working out some of the kinks. I think it's great if there's some dietary restrictions because of all the options.

Brand new Banh Mi place in town! Their banh mi crust is just thin and crispy blends along with tasty savory meat. They have weekly special too if you follow their Facebook! Reasonable price and nice service. Highly recommended!

As I was headed to work at a nearby clinic today, I always enter in the back way past Anytime Fitness and noticed a new sign in the gym's shopping center, Banh Mi Land. I tried to google them real quick but all I found online was a business license and no reviews of the spot. After I was done with work, I headed to Goodwill to do some shopping, and told myself to head over to the banh mi shop afterwards to check it out, grab lunch, and I am so glad I did! I ordered:- crispy pork belly banh mi- came out to a lil over $8 with tax- they took credit cardI chatted with the owners a bit, and it sounded like they had only just opened shop a few days ago, they don't have a website up yet, or even take out menus. The owners were very friendly, brother/sister duo it looks, and they asked how I heard of them, and told them I drove by. Onto the actual sandwich. It was DELICIOUS. The bread was flakey, just the right amount of crunchiness and softness to it. The pork belly, pickled veggies, and everything in the sandwich had great flavor! I even sent a photo to my husband, who said just looking at the photo, the bread looks like a good banh mi sandwich bread. I'm a die hard Yeh Yeh fan, but this place might be giving a run for their money. I will definitely be back and I hope they are succesful!

I saw this new place on Yelp! yesterday & my friend & I decided to go have lunch there today. It was a nice surprise to come on their grand opening day! Got to see the mayor & a ribbon cutting. Best part was we got to try samples of their sandwiches, fried spring roll, fresh shrimp spring roll, & best of all their Vietnamese iced coffee We of course, still ordered sandwiches to go & they were so good! Fried spring rolls were so tasty, my we each grabbed one more for the road, since we split the samples. I have had a favorite place for over 10 years, but this place is going to be my new "go to" when I am in this area for lunch. Congrats to this sweet family & welcome to the neighborhood!

Saw an ad on Instagram about this new spot that's pretty close to me, so as always, it must be given a try! The inside is pretty small, probably can sit 5 people tops. I'm sure they would prefer people order to-go. I ordered 2 of the sliced pork banh mi and the crispy pork belly banh mi ( I put an extra egg on the sliced pork) and that came to about $30. They asked if I wanted the bread toasted and of course I said yes. Got home and tried the sandwiches, and while they were delicious, just a few things, and this is a personal preference:It was a little heavy on the jalapeño, again my personal preference. The sliced grilled pork was a bit on the salty side, and maybe you guys can have the eggs be scrambled as an option. It's a bit hard to eat because of the fried egg. The crispy pork belly I think should be warmer.The cashier was super nice! Though it sounds like it was her first day, no complaints there. I will try the char siu pork next time! You'll see me here again!

I recently dined at the new restaurant and was blown away by their delicious banh mi sandwiches, which were truly the best I've ever had. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was also exceptional! I can't wait to repeat this excellent experience, greatest sandwiches and spring rolls topped with the best service. The owners are incredibly friendly and love that it's a family operated business. you can taste the passion and feel it in the service. recommending this place to all my family, friends and coworkers. Our favorite is the signature crispy pork belly sandwich and spring rolls, craving them now as I write this review!

I feel lucky to work nearby! These sandwiches are phenomenal. I have only tried the chicken so far, it's so good that I have been hesitant to try their other options. Small interior, definitely plan to carry out. Excellent prices and friendly service!

This is the only review I have written ever and this place is worth it. All the ingredients are home made and the #1 special is packed with meats and vegetables. The value is amazing for anything you can get in the whole Seattle area, definitely worth giving a try. Now my go to banh mi spot.
