The sweetest, juiciest, most prominent Chinese 5-spice of the banh mi sandwiches. So if that's what you're looking for, this is the place for you. Personally, the bbq pork was a tad too sweet and the spice a tad too strong for me, but it was a solid #2 / runner-up of the five places we tried. Definitely worth a stop.

This is meaningfully better than average banh mi. I have been here multiple times, and tried several different banh mi and they were all rock solid. It is not fast. It is not fancy. It is very good, and is worth the trip.

Spent 10 days in Seattle helping my daughter move in and get settled. We were on a Banh Mi kick for about a week straight. This was the best we had, and people we met said the same. Small walk-in joint, they'll prep your sandwiches almost before you finish ordering them. Love the Boss Tea--we enjoyed the Tiramisu Matcha and the Thai Iced, both with boba pearls. Word to the wise, check the long green slices in your sandwich--jalapeño is a very different experience when you were expecting ting cucumber!

They're the sweetest. And understanding. I ordered a1 & a5. Store only has a capacity of 6. So please be understanding. The staff are very considerate during the time of covid 19. I'm super grateful that they're opened. In the same building is boss tea as well. It's a phenomenal business as they are super busy. I had my items to go. Bread is crispy and soft in the inside. I love that they use real pate and they don't skimp on it. Fresh ingredients.

This place makes solid banh mi sandwiches. I would definitely return.I like that on their TV screen, it breaks down what you are going to get in your sandwich. This would help those that are new to eating banh mi.I like how it has authentic ingredients including pate. I ordered the special and it was so good! I would definitely return.

Man, I want to like this place. I hear nothing but good things from friends and family. But my experience didn't seem to be like theirs. Not impressed with the first impression. Customer service fell short for me. Called in an order and had to repeat the order to multiple people numerous of times. When came to pick up the order, they were really disorganized. With such a small space, they didn't seem to enforce how many people can be inside the establishment. The Hurricane Matcha is good, make sure you add the cheese foam. It has a strong taste of matcha, they definitely didn't skimp. The sandwiches is just okay for something that's more expensive than an average banh mi. Stick with the bbq pork and roast pork, those are good. I will check back...again...one day.

Solid Banh Mi taste! Happy they have the pate paste on the bread. Appreciate all the pickled veggies, and nice fluffy crunchy bread. Would only hope that the meat filling would be a tiny bit more! Ordered 2 of the A1 and A2, and the A1 was definitely very light on the meat filling! Would come back to try their other banh options!!

Yum! New (to us) spot and it didn't disappoint. Easy parking and it wasn't a scrum trying to order sandwiches. All big pluses.Lots of crispy veggies as well. We're definitely going back.My better half loves the pate and I dig the bbq pork and we were both happy.Give it a whirl and support a small but friendly business.

I am pretty impressed with this Bahn Mi shop! I wish that the drink menu would have non dairy options like soy, almond, or coconut milk. The sandwiches have been the best I've tried from Marysville to Seattle thus far. The portions of veggie to protein ratio is pretty spot on. BBQ pork Bahn Mi with extra pate and carrots/daikon was tasty as the grilled chicken Bahn Mi. Try it you will be thoroughly satisfied! Things to note: apparently they run out of Bahn Mi (sounds odd I know) we tried to order the yesterday and that's what we were told, and the parking is in the back. Ordering online is easy but communication with the shop can be difficult for those not used to speaking with persons with English as a second language--be patient and kind. They do a great job:)

Absolutely love this place. They're a banh mi + boba shop in one, which makes it super easy to get both your fixes at once! You can order for pickup online, which is super convenient and highly recommended; the service is super nice and friendly, but if you don't order ahead, the wait can be slow as there are usually only 1-2 people working. We usually get either the deluxe (with crispy pork belly) or the kimchi beef bulgogi banh mi. There's always a decent portion of meat, and the bread is always fresh. I do think it would be great if they put a bit more kimchi into the kimchi one though. I also prefer the cilantro cut up a bit more (I find myself having to bite extra to cut through big pieces) but maybe that's just my personal preference. The Boss Tea (boba) side has these adorable bear cups you can get for an extra dollar or so. I've never gotten them but they're so cute! Might splurge on one next time. I love their teas - I'm a fruit tea w/ aloe vera girl, and not every boba shop offers aloe vera for toppings. I prefer this shop to Happy Lemon which is also nearby. My go-to is the grapefruit green tea. Sometimes they run out of banh mi, which is the only disappointing issue - but it's actually a good thing since it means their ingredients are fresh :)
