kind of my last straw with this restaurant, i've been going here for years but it's gotten much worse with time. major prices increase, quality of food and quantity decrease. i've only been coming here to get the pho craving because it's close by my house. but it's gotten to the point i'd rather just drive an extra 5-10 min for good pho (good pho you). i've gotten to-go from here several times, and asked for uncooked noodles, they just don't do it. the noodles fall apart and i just ended it having to throw almost $20 for a bowl of pho away. today i got lemongrass chicken ($17) , i've shown two pictures. usually it comes with fish sauce and pickled vegetables. they have not been giving the fish sauce lately, so i've had to ask every time. but seems like they're just giving soggy rice now. also notice the color difference in chicken, ate it cause i was starving but it looked off.

Good food! Ordered on Grub Hub and it was ready to go within 8 minutes! Avocado shake was so yummy! I'm just giving a 4 star because Grub Hub had me paying $26 but I had a coupon so it came out to be $15 after tip. Still pretty pricey for food + drink, even more if you get it delivered. I opted to pick it up. I'd come back again since it's near my house, but it is pretty pricey for the food. But I mean, get the bag!! Employees work hard here and were really nice :)

Food was flavorful, but it's pricey especially for the small portions! I'm not a big eater, but I finished my entree and was still hungry. Usually at Asian restaurants around the area I have plenty of leftovers for the next day.Next time I'll stick with PC Chinese across the street, consistent quality, taste and big portions for what you pay plus the staff are friendly and helpful.Bamboo house needs to do better for a satisfactory customer service.

I finally returned after a long hiatus and am kicking myself that I stayed away so long. The pho here is DELISH. Like, really perfectly savory and aromatic and comforting. And clean. You know they care cuz there's no long, wispy, brown ends to the bean sprouts.I'll attach a pic of my takeout container so you can see for yourself, though, full disclosure, I had already put half of the goods in a pot to cook.Yay for delicious, authentic, non sweet broth!

So, I guess if i've checked in and eaten here over 100 times, I better have a 5star rating? I was enjoying my large bowl of #15 beef pho, and looked at Yelp and saw that my last review was 10 years ago! And I'm mainly visiting today wrapping up some business as I transition to our new home in Astoria, OR. Likely the last time I'll eat here.Still, IMO, a top-tier Pho restaurant on the eastside. I'd rate one other on the same footing in Woodinville. The large bowl is, well, LARGE. Its alot. The plate of goodies is usually sufficient (jalapenos, thai basil, wedge of lime and sprouts).A full tray of additives at your table - hoisin, fish sauce, cock-sauce (if you dont know, well, you dont know), sambal, chili oil, and yes even salt/pepper.Are you new to pho'ing? Big spoon in the left hand, chopsticks in the right. Work at it, you'll get it eventually. Be adventurous, get those scary things like tripe and tendon!I will miss coming here, the husband/wife team here have always been friendly and kind, service quick, and my bill ALWAYS right. Prices have risen a few dollars over the years, and COVID hasnt helped any with the rise in prices due to COVID. I was happy to leave a final generous tip.I'll miss this place, I hope you will give it a try.

A decent place to get your pho and banh mi fix. My wife always orders the veggie pho with beef broth, and it's loaded with toppings. I get the flank steak pho but am always disappointed with the meat. I know it's not filet mignon but I usually don't even eat it because it's bland and chewy. Banh mi sandwiches come loaded with pork so that's always appreciated.

A friend of a friend recommended this place for their Pho which is what I didnt get LOL so I'm keeping an open mind and would want to come back to try their pho. Family friendly: YesPet friendly: NoParking: shared lot in strip mall FOOD: 1. Appetizers: Cha Gio (crispy egg rolls - mix of pork and carrots, onions, rice vermicelli wrapped in spring roll skin and fried gold brown. Served with fish sauce) $8.45 - 3 STARS: Not the best but not the worse. It reminded me of the Americanized egg rolls from Panda Express which isnt a good thing. 2. Vegetarian Entrees: Goi Cuon Chay (tofu spring rolls, shredded lettuce, mint, and rice vermicelli with tofu wrapped with rice paper. Served with peanut dipping sauce) $7.45 - 3 STAR: it was okay. Nothing amazing about it and could use some seasoning. 3. Appetizers: Banh Mi - Ham $8.45 - 2 STAR: Its like they tried but really didnt want to try... Most banh mi is usually stuffed with a lot of pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber, jalapeno, and meat. Most places if they're not very traditional will use mayo instead of pate but this place used butter. Butter is a first for me and im not sure where their head was. 4. Appetizers: Banh Mi - Pork $84.45 - 3 STARS: Similar complaint with the lack of items in the bread but at least the pork had decent flavor. RESTAURANT/INTERIOR: Unexpectedly larger on the inside. Clean and tidy inside. The majority of the tables were push together to make long rows of table in the which usually you see them separated. MENU: Like most Vietnamese restaurants, you see a good assortment of Pho options, rice plates, and vermicelli noodle bowls. I do wish they had more assorted soup based bowls, especially since this is family run. But I guess do to the location they are catering the the more popular items that non-Vietnamese people are used to. STAFF: Met with who I assume is the husband and wife. Both friendly enough but pretty in line with most Asian restaurants, you're not going for the customer service.
