Bama Bbq 4 Ever Catering

The name caught me from the start. Being from Alabama, and being an avid bbq lover, I had a certain expectation for this food truck. Bottom line up front...these folks didn't disappoint. I ordered a very large meal because I was feeding 6 people this night. I personally ate the burrito with pulled pork. The burrito huge! I've definitely had less food for more money. I bought the buffalo wings, Carolina gold wings, and the nachos to share with the crowd. The buffalo were good, but the Carolina gold wings were amazing. Perfect mustard taste without being over the top. Highly recommend the wings. The nachos were great too. Huge hit and a very large portion. The wait time was a little long, but these folks were slammed and I had a huge order, so it was a little expected. 5 outta 5 highly recommend this food truck.

This place came to our neighborhood for the first time. It was good and fair. The good - brisket sandwich and beansThe fair ribs and potato salad And split decision on the slawThe brisket wasn't too fatty, very tasty, good roll. The beans were not as thick as some, which was a plus for me. Had lots of brisket in them. Tasted great. The ribs - some were good some were over cooked and dry. The bark was too tough but they were very meaty. The potato salad was nothing special and the potatoes were a bit under cooked. The slaw - hubby didn't like it at all, I thought it was good had a bit of a tang to it.

Best BBQ I've had in a long time!! Ordered two plates using the StreetFoodFinder app and while the ordering process was delayed by a large amount of orders, it eventually went through. Menu was diverse and all the options looked amazing. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the chopped brisket sandwich. Each plate comes with 2 sides so I got double Mac n Cheese. OMG!! Some of the most amazing Mac n cheese I've ever had! So cheesy and large portions!! Definitely more cheese than Mac. Both the pulled pork and the chopped brisket were served on buns with just the right amount of sauce. Sauce was sweet and tangy and really hit the spot. Can't wait to eat here again!! Easily the best BBQ in the valley! The Mac n cheese was completely life changing. To top it all off? The service and response time sets thus company apart from most. I felt like my event mattered, and they went above and beyond for me. The highest if recommendations!

I'm no BBQ expert but if eating BBQ in St. Louis, Memphis, Texas and Nashville qualifies me as 'educated' then my opinion is worth something here. Bama BBQ is definitely the best I have had here locally. Everything from the brisket to pork ribs are fantastic. My personal favorite, burnt ends, are worth the line that forms in front of the trailer every time I see them at an event. Need catering? No problem, as I have had them cater everything from BBQ to a thanksgiving party and they delivered consistently good food with the sides being amazing as well. I highly recommend the mac and cheese and baked beans. You will want to take some home for later or at least get seconds. So the next time you want a hassle free catering experience with a professional, punctual person in charge, then call Bama BBQ! You will not be disappointed.

Wow! We tried the ribs and brisket sandwich with sides of mac n' cheese, slaw, beans, and potato salad. SO. GOOD! The meat was tender and had that smokey flavor you look for in good BBQ. The sauce has a great tang and is the same sauce the beans are cooked in. My boyfriend, who doesn't even like beans, wouldn't stop eating them! We should have ordered an extra side! Highly recommend if you're considering this place!

It was alright the pulled pork was fantastic but the tortilla chips for nachos were stale and there was so much bbq sauce on my nachos that's all I could taste. The potato salad tastes like normal potato salad nothing special. And the price was kinda ridiculous. Could've got 2 nacho boxes from taco bell that actually satisfy my nacho craving for $10 bucks. And it's more than what I got from here.

TAX FRAUDOrdered from these guys in April, 2024 as they had their food truck in the neighborhood. I had one order and they asked if I wanted my receipt, I said yes because the price didn't add up (overcharged). I get my food and no receipt so I ask if I can get the receipt. The worker said sorry I already clicked past the point of printing it. They were eventually able to provide me my receipt and I see they charged me AZ State Tax two times, for one order (which is not a thing). Now sure, this is only ripping me off by $3 on my order, but I'm concerned they are doing this to more people than just me, which does add upI told the owner what was on the receipt and he said let me see, snatching it out of my hands. He got rid of the receipt and didn't give it back (also sketchy). They gave me $3 cash for the overcharge and my concern is not the $3 I was overcharged, again it's now many people they are doing this to. Everyone works hard for their money so don't be coming to neighborhoods pulling fast ones on people, and I'll remind you that it is illegal.

The food isn't too bad. The prices are a little steep FOR ME, anyway. I guess I was just disappointed because we have vendors come to our job site to cater and I've had other barbecue places here and they have been more accommodating with peoples dietary restrictions, and Bama BBQ was not accommodating, at all. I told the girl that I cannot have bread or sugar. I asked for a plate of brisket and pork. She told me she could only sell it to me as a sandwich without a bun and She would charge me for 2 sandwiches. I said no thank you, I will just take the brisket. I got a 4 maybe 5 ounce portion of brisket with no buns, no sides, & no drink for $9.86. You can see the photo of what I paid 10 bucks for and you can judge for yourself.

I've had Bama BBQ cater a corporate employee event for the past 3 years. They never disappoint. Our employees ALWAYS go back for seconds if that tells you anything. I've tasted the brisket, chicken, pork, ribs, Bama beans, Mac n cheese, potato salad and banana pudding. I've always been impressed with the flavors. The team at Bama BBQ is also very professional and great to work with. Thank you for always providing the best for our event!!
