Zi Pani Cafe Bistro

Food was delicious and fresh! Super easy to order and came out fast. Got the salami and bre panini, the perfect mix of salty and sweet made with high quality ingredients. So happy we stopped in on our road trip for a quick bite.

I'm mainly rating this experience and order - I've been here before and it's usually a 4 or 5 star for me. The place inside is a little messy and run down - so I would grab and go. The service is usually really friendly- but today the young man look pissed off. Everyone has their days. I ordered a panini w Genoa salami, provolone, ham, roasted peppers onions and balsamic drizzle. The onion was so overpowering I had to take it off. The rest was okay. I wouldn't order again- but I think I prefer my sandwiches cold. The salami had a crisp to it which I don't prefer. We tasted the lemon poundcake and it was exactly what you want - fresh - MOIST - and lemony. The chicken noodle soup I ordered tasted like greasy canned soup- with mushy noodles . I will definitely come back... I've enjoyed my sandwiches before PS - they do have tables and chairs outside (Garden patio).

I haven't been to Zi Pani in sometime and am kicking myself! There is nothing not to like - I had the ham, apple and Brie panini (yum!) and an amazing chai. What a great setting to relax alone or with friends and enjoy good food. Oh, and the people working behind the counter were so nice - definitely worth a trip!

The food was ok, just wish they had gluten-free options. The people were very kind and friendly. However, the place looked rundown, meaning a bar counter with junk piled everywhere. When the sign says "Bakery" I expected breads.

I've been to this lovely establishment a few times over the past few months and each experience is better than the last. The food is amazing and their veggie options are great. The highlight are the kind staff who hustle to take care of all their patrons. The atmosphere is high energy, clean and comfortable.This is definitely one of my favorite breakfast/brunch establishments in Frederick! Great job to the staff and cheers!

I have no negative things to say about this cafe. Looking at this place from the street, I wouldn't have expected the atmosphere to be as cozy and welcoming as it is. It was great, definitely exceeded my expectations based off curb appeal alone. Bagels are hands down their specialty, with a large variety of bagels and spreads. I have tried all bagels and they are all exquisite. My personal favorites being the cheddar and French toast respectively. I also like their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant which isn't on the menu but the staff had no problem making it for me. The coffee is delicious too, for a good price. I prefer getting my coffee here as opposed to a Starbucks or Dunkin for example. As someone who has been a regular for years, I recommend to anyone in the area who is local or visiting to give Zi Pani a try. Long story short, this slaps.

I've been here 25 times. About half the time they're out of everything bagels. Welp, today was my third visit in a row they were out of nearly all bagels and everything. It's lunchtime. I won't give them another shot. Pretty clear they have serious operation issues.

I had the 8 grain bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. I am shouting from the mountain top, I FOUND A GREAT BAGEL!! Friend had and egg and cheese on pumpernickel bagel, and she was loving it. Coffee was great! Service? Such sweet folks working the registers. I ordered a frozen coffee, told the girl to surprise me, I go a peanut butter mocha. I was nervous it would be too sweet, but it was spot on. This will be our Sunday spot from here on!

Very well run cafe with nice ambiance. Soups and bagels are great. The bagel sandwiches and paninis are delicious. Although, I have a problem with ordering the same thing now, lol. A turkey and herb sandwich, toasted, on a sesame bagel. It is the spreads that make it so good. Sun dried tomato and herbed cream cheese. My husband really likes the Reuben Panini. The selection of food gives a lot to choose from. Recommend.
