Zannino Catering

This place does not disappoint! It was my first ordering their breakfast and OOOOOMMMMMMGGGGG!!!!!!!! Amazing! I do a lot of reviews of places I try for catering and this one was the best I have had hands down! Food was fresh and so good. We only had bread and butter left over. Even the people that ate meat, ate the veggie fritattas! So good. I will definitely add them to the top of my list for catering in the future. Compliments to the chef.

Doctors, social workers, community members, reverends, community leaders, community members...black white, asian, hispanic, etc... around a table in East Baltimore discussing how to work on helping East Baltimore revitalize itself. On the center table... Spanish influenced, Mediterranean Paella, salad, and brownies from Zannino Catering. What a great night of catered food and fervent discussion both about the food and our duty in our community. The Mediterranean paella, with some long grain orzo, had a fairly good texture when you ate it straight away ..but obviously over time it soaks up too much liquid and heat and overcooks ..that's catering for you..can't complain. The flavor wasn't exploding, which is fine. Seasoned well, Flavored well with chunks of chicken, slices of sausage (chorizo?), actual big shrimp, large peas, other veggies like huge artichoke hearts. None of it was overcooked. The shrimp especially was nicely cooked, everyone was obviously trying to steal the most. Salad, was a nice accompaniment but just a normal salad with your choice of dressings. Brownie desserts, some purely chocolate, some with a berry swirl, some with a creamcheese swirl. I had to swipe a few while people weren't looking (You know how you can't just pig out at an official meeting like this..) Very rich desserts. I'm a sucker for sweets. Some nice strawberries garnished around the platter. Check the website for pricing, The head of our group paid for this, so I can't speak abotu the price ...but everything seems reasonably priced. The food was more than OK. If you're looking for catering, give this family catering business a shot!

I still remember when they had the little store at the front and a deli/ food at the back. I work for ado toes office and we often have lunch from here. Chicken cease me salad and the dressing are delicious.
