Yuzu Ramen Noodle Bar

On a cold rainy day in December, after seeing a movie and heading home, my friend declared it was the perfect day for ramen and he was right.Yuzu is in the back of Mt. Vernon Marketplace. The order process was easy and you can see them putting the order together. There is a bar and other places to sit at the marketplace if you dine in. When I got home the I noticed the interesting packing. The bowl was large because the broth was on the bottom and the toppings and noodles were on the top. Be careful when you take it out of the package.I felt there was a good amount of brisket. The broth was very flavorful. It has some spice but not make your eyes cry spice. I ordered extra broth but I did get a good amount broth on the order. They did not skimp on the broth. I noticed a picture of a tasty looking bao bun as I picked up my order. I look forward to getting an order the next time I go, which will be soon.

I was really looking forward to this place, especially after reading all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, it fell very short.We have Japanese ramen often, and we even have a friend who has researched and studied under Japanese chefs to perfect his ramen.This tonkotsu did not taste authentic and the broth did not have the deep flavors one would expect. The biggest flaw was overcooking the noodles. We love the al dente texture, but from getting carry-out, our noodles were stuck together from being too done. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

I am so happy Yuzu has joined the scantily clad Mount Vernon Marketplace, the ramen is most excellent! I went last week with a friend, and got the Tonkatsu broth. Let me tell you, it was something worth writing home about! In fact, I did one better and bought a few extra broths to bring home! I literally can't recommend Yuzu enough -- the ramen was exceptional! I have been trying Ramen spots across the city, and so far, this is my favorite. The price is right, and you can't beat the speed -- it was ready in just a few moments! Highly recommend!

Best ramen I've had. Highly recommend. Yuzu is a one of the few vendors still keeping Mt Vernon Marketplace alive. Friendly staff and quick service.

Good, quick fast ramen. Tucked in a little corner the food is delicious and tasty. They were attentive and had great service. I loved the decor.

Great food, lovely service. The people who run this place deserve so much more business than they're getting tbh! If you're in the Mt. Vernon area I highly recommend some ramen here on a cold day.

Best Ramen in Baltimore!!! Affordable (most soups are under $16), delicious ramen, and delectable Bao Buns. Don't sleep on this place.
