Got one pork lo mein and one sesame chicken lunch combo. Probably the best carry out I have tasted so far in the DMV since I've been here. I ordered through Uber Eats and got my food in about an hour. Both dishes were still warm when I got them. Because of it being on the lunch menu it came with soda and I put in the additional notes to give me 2x ginger ales and thankfully they read it and I got them! Tasty food, perfect amount of salt. One thing to note is that the combos come with plain fried rice, not pork or chicken fried rice like some places do.

We moved and was searching for a new Chinese place for the craving strikes. The owner is nice, value your time and the food taste fresh. It's cooked not too hard and not too soggy. I do believe the cooks differ from weekday vs weekend. The weekend food taste way better compared to if purchased during the week...idk just my two cent. Nonetheless, I'll order here again!

Great selection, this place has basically everything myself and guests could dream of ordering from the local carry. Taste was delicious. I enjoyed the shrimp and broccoli combination. Wish I would've got duck sauce though for my egg roll. Guests enjoyed the shrimp and scallops in garlic sauce. Look forward to trying the wings and mumbo sauce in the future. Hope fortune cookies come with next order. I find it super convenient you can order sweet tea/lemonade half and half through online ordering as well.

I ordered from this place yesterday and 90% of the food went uneaten because it was suspect--weird smell, unappealing, overcooked, not explained well online, etc. I left a bad review and they called me asking me to change my review (even though my bad review was HONEST). I told them that I was willing to change my review if I received good food in exchange for the food that I did not eat. So when it came time for me to order they said they would only give me 50% off. Needless to say my review is staying and I chose not to reorder the food because they aren't worried about customer satisfaction, they're worried about looking good online. Do not waste your time here. While they may have a good selection in writing, you will suffer when you eat it.

I love Yum Chen! They are always friendly even if I have called to complain about something. They always compensate! They have great food here, My family loves it! Fried Chicken Wings. Chicken Sandwich or Chicken Filet Sub. Tuna Fish Sub. Lo Mein. Singapore Noodle. We've had a lot of different things from the menu and so far, we have been satisfied with every meal.

The Food is okay but the customer service is terrible. I called and ordered my food with a local number (you will understand why I mention this in a minute) and received my food in a reasonable amount of time, no questions asked. I called on another occasion from my fiancé's phone, which was an out of state number and I was interrogated after placing my order. I asked the delivery man, whyI was being interrogated and IF there was a new person working the desk and he acted as though he did not hear or understand what I was saying. Clearly there is little respect for ppl and customer service. He did take my money though!

Got delivery tonight and it was awful. The hot and sour soup was kind of sweet, the genera tso's tofu was mushy and foul tasting, and the broccoli with brown rice came with white rice and was edible, I guess?
