Update: They now open at 5:30 They are closed Mondays. Food is still very good & besides them being unstable & spontaneously closing they are very good.

Absolutely call in your order. It's in the middle of the hood. The hood always has the best Chinese food. The dirty yak is one of the best in town. The fried rice is decent. Thw wings are top tier. The shrimp egg rolls are good. Cheesesteak egg rolls not so much. They don't include eggs or onion unless you ask for it. If you are looking for Panda Express food, this isn't that. Lol.

It's nothing to rave about. The best Chinese food I've had was in Portsmouth and downtown Newport News Virginia with the dark flavorful gravy and dark fried rice. These other places use yellow rice or just lightly fry the rice with a little bit of soy sauce.

My gf grew up in this neighborhood and turned me onto this spot. Some of the best chinese I have ever had. If you aren't scared to venture off the beaten path you should try this little hole in the wall take out spot. We had shrimp egg foo young w extra gravy and chicken wings with shrimp fried rice! Also, the prices are very reasonable compared to other places.

I ordered the chicken fried rice and shrimp fried rice. The food was tasty but it only had onions and sprouts in it. They stay open late which is super beneficial, however, when I visited the establishment they didn't have any drinks available besides water. I would go back to try something else but I'm in no rush.

Delicous i love the shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg food young. During the summer time they are wuite busy in the evening. Call first for quicker servivr.

One of the best Chinese food places on the East side. Been going to this place for years, every since I was a kid. Affordable prices if your are on a fixed income or a college student. For $30 you could feed your family

OMG, OMG, OMG, the look of the place, from the outside and the neighborhood will fool you, I have enjoyed the food from this corner carry out for more years than I can remember, I tried everything they make and have throughly enjoyed it to the max, stop by and by all means buy
