Young's Deli

Today, I didn't pack lunch and decided to try Young's Deli since my colleagues have been raving about how good and inexpensive it is. Can I say they did not disappoint! I ordered the chicken salad on toasted wheat bread with mayo, onion, spinach, and cucumbers. The chicken salad was moist, well-seasoned, and overall a 10/10. I paired my sandwich with plain Utz potato chips. I paid a little over $7 with taxes. Unfortunately, I inhaled my food and didn't take a picture, but I'll be back next week for sure, especially since they offer breakfast sandwiches.It's very small but has seating outside in the lobby.

If you work downtown and haven't been to Ms. Young, do you really work downtown!? Ms. Young is the GOAT for breakfast. Yes, I said it! I love getting the breakfast burrito and breakfast platter. She also serves lunch and has quick snacks and fruit. This is a two woman shop in at the bottom of an office building. It will get busy, but she keeps the line moving. My lunch favorite is the roasted turkey with avocado on ciabitta bread. Need a quick, delicious, low cost meal? Go see Ms. Young and she will take care of you!Tip - Bring cash, there is a minimum transaction fee to use a card!

Very good and fresh! Order was prepared quick, fast and fresh!!! I will definitely be back next time I'm here for business travel!

Great sandwich shop at reasonable prices. The owner makes each sandwich with love. The sandwiches are stuffed. I had the chicken salad on wheat toast & tomato. The reasonably priced sandwich was piled high - unusual for this downtown market. Best chicken salad I have found downtown yet. Delicious. Timing is everything. This place is very small, so closer to Noon you get there, the better. Support our local businesses - it is a miracle they have survived!Have a great day.

This was a small hole in the wall with the sweetest woman ever. It took a us a bit to find but once we did it was great. Korean food or sandwiches which ever you prefer she will make it to your delight. I had the greatest conversation with her. I am happy to have found this place and had a great lunch.

I had a great egg sandwich on an English muffin here - simple and tasty. It doesn't look like there is a deli in the lobby but go in, you will find it. There are a few tables and chairs just outside the deli, in the building's lobby, which afford a nice view of the street scene. It's about a block from the federal court so it's a good place to stop for a quick bite and coffee before your sentencing or, hopefully, other type of hearing.

I love this place! Nice tucked sandwich stop close to my office. I come here once a week. The ingredients are always fresh (unlike subway). I always get the Italian sub with chips. It is very reasonably priced (considering all the overpriced nasty places around here).

I have NO clue how good or bad the food is, because THEY'RE EXTREMELY SLOW! I waited 5 mins to get any assistance, because one lady was on the phone, and it was CLEARLY NOT a business call! My order was FINALLY taken, just toadt, a sausage and egg ...after waiting 15 mins for my food, and enduring personal phone calls, I LEFT! The gentleman next to me, whose order was NOT taken at all during this time frame, stated that this service is COMMON! Horrible....my 1st and last time...

Had the Italian sub, AMAZING!! I live in LA but I will be visiting this place every time I'm in Baltimore for sure

This is the most amazing little gem ever. I absolutely love everything every time I go in. After the return to office post-pandemic, I have made sure to visit Mrs. Young every time I'm in my office. Her avocado is always fresh (don't know how she gets perfectly ripe avocado every time). The food is amazing and fresh. Service with a smile is wonderful!
