We chose Yellowfin Steakhouse to celebrate Christmas with friends, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything was flawless. We started with the seafood tower and calamari--both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For our entrées, the Chilean sea bass and lobster were cooked to perfection. Every bite was an absolute treat! To top it all off, we sipped on espresso martinis that were perfectly crafted, adding a delightful finish to the evening.A special shoutout to our server, James, who went above and beyond to make our celebration special. His attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and excellent recommendations truly elevated the night. If you're looking for delicious seafood, expertly mixed cocktails, and impeccable service, Yellowfin Steakhouse is a must-visit. We'll definitely be back for another memorable evening

Let's face it, you can't go wrong having dinner on the water in Annapolis. The sunset was beautiful. The ambiance was perfect. the waiter, James was knowledge about the menu and made good recommendations for food and desert. He got busy by the end of the service. The manager rushed our bill to us like it was time to leave. The food was fresh for the most part. We noticed the sides like the rice seemed to be made from a box mix. They were not hot. We were the first ones in the restaurant for dinner service. The Calamari was a little bit greasy like it wasn't drained properly. Overall, the restaurant was pretty and clean.

I've dinned at Yellowfin more times than I can count and I've always had a great meal, tonight was a tad different. I received an email from them advertising a special pre-fix Valentine's Day special that ran through the weekend. The email also advertised Chef Edry's New Features as well as a few other weekly specials. We decided to celebrate a few days after the holiday to try to get away from the crowd. We had a reservation and were seated right away. We had a great table with a wonderful sunset view. Our server was very polite and attentive. We came in planning on going with the special menu, but I also wanted to order an appetizer off of Chef Edry's new menu. When I tried to do so I was informed that menu wasn't available and hadn't been for quite awhile. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. If that menu is no longer available, it needs to be removed from the website and email blast. Things happen and I wasn't going to let that ruin the experience. We started off with the chargrilled oysters. They were pretty good and adequate size for an appetizer. Tasty, but nothing exceptional. The second course was the Hearts of Romaine salad. This was a total disappointment. The lettuce looked extremely old and was starting to turn brown. It gave the impression that it was the end of the week and they were going to serve it vs wasting it. It was a very small portion even for a side salad. It had roughly four pecans a couple of strawberries with a sprinkle of goat cheese. It was served tossed in a vinaigrette. The taste wasn't bad, but this salad had definitely seen better days. Took a few bites and left the rest. I got the Surf and Turf and absolute chef's kiss! Everything was prepared perfectly. Temp on my steak was spot on. It came with a filet, lobster tail, mashed potatoes and asparagus. I'm allergic to asparagus and I was able to substitute for the spinach. Great presentation and something I'd absolutely order again. For the final dessert course I got the strawberry crème brûlée. Just ok. It was lukewarm and the consistency of the custard was a little lumpy and I didn't get any strawberry flavor. There were fresh sliced strawberries on the plate, not sure if that's why they called it "strawberry...". The main course was amazing, but everything else was really just ok. Definitely not the service I'm used to receiving from this establishment.

I love finding myself in new spots and being happy with everything. I celebrated a wedding anniversary here, and we didn't want a fancy place but wanted quality food, and Yellowfin fits that bill. Right on the water, it gave a romantic ambiance. Service was 10/10. I wouldn't say I like it when I forget to write down our server name, but she was attentive and informative when asked questions and suggestions, which, by the way, we're spot on. We decided to try things we usually don't go for, and boy, oh boy, did it pay off! The oysters Rockefeller Chesapeake style were delicious! I am very picky about the cream of crab, and it was full of meat; you could taste the cherry, and very flavorful. The meals were equally well-seasoned and had nice portions. The lamb chops came with 6 chops; I haven't been served that many before. I added a crab cake to my meal. It wasn't the best I have had, but it was good and meaty. In all, it was an excellent experience.

On the water with great views. Happy hour specials from 4-7 are worth a trip. The Brie plate was a small wedge bathed in thin honey with cheese encrusted bread for spreading. Unique. And fruit came with it. Bartenders were attentive and service was excellent.

This was a really great restaurant. The ambiance was relaxing, wasn't crowded at all tonight. They have a huge bar area with pink Florescent lighting, the dining area is huge and they have a downstairs for private parties as well. Our waitress Kiah was amazing. She was respectful, gave recommendations, attentive, friendly, etc. I really enjoyed talking and laughing with her. The food:Pleaseeeee get the crab cake egg rolls and the oyster Rockefeller appetizers. The rolls were bomb(although they weren't at hot as I would have liked). They were huge, flavorful and packed with crabmeat. The oysters were filled with perfection. They come with bacon crumbles which was an added bonus to the flavor. The entrees were the lamb lollipops and salmon Oscar. The lamb was really tender and they gave you atleast 8/9 lollipops. Definitely worth the money. The sautéed spinach and roasted potatoes were really good. The portion was hugeeeeee so I had plenty to take home. The salmon dish was really good and flavorful. Also we had the lobster mac. They have an entree or appetizer size. The app was more than enough. It was really good but could have used more lobster. The drinks:The old fashion was so strong according to my friend. I had rum punch which was just ok. Strong for sure but could have used more punch. The whiskey sidecars were decent. I will definitely return here. The menu was so elaborate that I would need to visit a few more times.

It's been soo long since I have gone out and had exceptional service and food. We came in for restaurant week, they were able to sit us immediately. The waitress came took our drink orders and allowed us to look over the menu and even explained the restaurant week options and how everything works. We placed the order and trust me when I tell you it didn't take long to receive the appetizer and the food came out timed perfectly. The place was nice, not too loud and you can tell everyone was clearly enjoying themselves.

Saturday brunch food was horrible. Not enough selection and the price $60 was too steep. Desserts were nothing fancy. I expected much more for my money.

This might be my new favorite seafood restaurant. We found this place on Google after going to Mayo Beach Park. While looking at the menu, we had a really hard time deciding what to order so we looked at what was being brought out to other tables and everything looked AMAZING so it was still hard to decide. My fiance saw the Thai Shrimp egg rolls so we ordered that and I had a craving for sushi so I ordered the Maryland roll. The Thai Shrimp was good. Maybe 3.5 outta 5 stars. The sushi was 4 outta 5. I ordered the mac n cheese for my daughter and it was sooo good! So creamy and cheesy. I couldn't keep off her plate. I didn't have a big appetite so I ordered the mini crab cakes from the appetizer menu as my main dish and they were delicious! My fiance got the crab cake sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries. Delicious! Our waiter Maddie was so nice and did an amazing job taking care of us. The location was amazing as well, right on the marina. We will definitely be back!

We came in for lunch, which was not busy on a weekday. We started with raw oysters -So fresh and delicious! Next was the seafood sampler and tuna crunch roll. The seafood sampler was good - loved loved the bacon wrapped scallops and the shrimp. I did not care for the oysters Rockefeller which is normally my favorite! Tuna crunch roll was my fave of the meal! We then had crab flatbread and wedge salad - both good. The flatbread seemed a little bland so we added old bay. We had two drinks - Carmel apple mimosa and the orange crush, both quite good.
