Yabaz hookah lounge

This place is pretty hype. I arrived somewhat early and wasn't permitted with a "bag". The bouncer did offer to store my bag in his car. Hmm. Nice or shady. You be the judge. I'd like to side on the positive. When my cousin arrived, we stored my controversial satchel in the boot of the vehicle and ventured in. The host seated us next to another trio and we shared the low slung table for hookah paraphernalia and drinks. "This place is BYOB". The do have cups of ice in the back. And an assortment of juices, sodas, and teas to cut the alcohol you bring. I enjoyed the music. Hip hop mostly, and very very very loud. Lots of stripper hip-hop the kids are producing these days. There was a few huge TVs in our area as well broadcasting the Lakers beating Golden State in the final quarter. The hats must go off to the waitresses working the hookahs. They were always in the area, checking on progress. Don't be thrown off by the 4 stars. I'm 50, so I'd only come back here if my family decided to. The music and scene isn't classic hip-hop or R&B from the 80s and 90s.

It's a shame the place looks nice but they are not open. Worse they didn't update the hours or the fact that it's under construction... 30 min drive wasted. I doubt I'll be back.

It was a cute vibe but the security was extremely confrontational the Owner had to come out and say it was okay for us (2girls) to get it. Hookah attendants were very nice and accommodating

Ordered tea with the pineapple hookah but tea hasn't arrived when hookah is about to finish. Only 2 table is occupied in whole place and funny thing is I'm writing this review while I'm sitting in here. How long would it take to make a cup of tea? Come on!Update: Tea finally arrived on the next hookah round and associate mentioned "It's on the house. Steamer takes too long." Updated the star to 4 from 1 .

Came here today. The decor is just amazing. The staff here is super friendly too. The Owner, Rick, is a great guy. Tried their hookah. Loved it. The pull was good and lasted a long time. They made sure they changed the coals often. The staff and the owner made sure I was comfortable. It's a must try place. Definitely recommend.

I visit Yabaz every week with a group of friends and always have a fantastic time. Assia is always intentative to our needs and brightens up the mood at the table. The weekends are great if you are looking for a club mood, if you are looking for a quiet time, Tuesday's and Wednesday's are great. Tuesday is even a $10 hookah special. Keep up the good work.

This has become my new hookah home. The DJ is amazing, the hookah is fresh, they give everyone a new hose each time AND it's BYOB. I've been twice now with one other person but there were a few other large groups there both evenings. The staff is attentive and helpful with suggestions. I can't wait to go back.

Definitely a chill spot great ambiance friendly staff everything was clean and seating was kept at a 6ft distance between customers. I'll definitely be returning whenI come back to Baltimore

BYOB, BYOF and it's lit on the weekends and chill during the week. Also people are properly spaced apart and people are wearing masks when moving through the lounge

T R A S H!!! Dirty, expensive and even without covid they Seem to just open whenever they feel like it and screw everyone else's schedule. I say again TRASH. Run away before the roaches get you. Step one get off of welfare step two then open a business you hacks
