Food was absolutely delicious, service, and environment was really great. I'm a firm believer that if the banchan that comes out tastes great, the food will also be just as yummy. We got the LA Kalbi, sundubu, and seafood pancake. I left a very happy diner. The waitress that took care of us was amazing too. Haven't had great service like that in a while. Very attentive and professional. Right when we came in, was greeted, sat down, automatically offered hot boricha (barley tea). Other restaurants we usually would need to ask. I hope others find this spot and give it a try. It was such a great find on a rainy day.

Very solid Korean place wish delicious banchan. Everything was tasty and authentic. Nothing mind blowing, just a soothing home cooked meal. There were a bit more cucumbers than I was used to in my soondubu jigae but it's nice to have veggies I guess. They have a nice big parking lot. Vibe is cozy with lots of large tables available for a quiet meal.

Nice homey comfort food tucked away behind the bigger plaza so maybe traffic here isn't as as good, and maybe because we came on 12/27 but it's a Friday and the restaurant is pretty empty except two other parties before and after us. However, I think the food here is very delicious. First they have 8 kinds of ban chan, and one of them is acorn jelly which is a treat. They also have rolled omelet and this mustardy dish that's very refreshing, in addition to standards like kimchi, broccoli, sprouts, cucumber. We liked all of them! For food we had sulluntang and dolsot bibimbop (veggies, yes fiber!). Both are priced reasonably. The sulluntang was rich in flavor and bibimbop was loaded with veggies. Highly recommend.

4.5 but rounding up because I loved it so much. I think this is my new favorite spot for Korean comfort dishes! Bonchon is usually quite good quality, portions are massive and flavorful. Also so impressed by the solo waitress manning all of the tables at lightning speed. I ordered the stir fried pork with egg (perfectly fried egg) and kalguksu (only comment is that I wish it had a little more salt). I've also had their yukgaejang with knife noodles and dolsat bibimbap - both were delicious.

This spot is nestled in the "Forest Green Shopping Mall" or as I like to refer to it as the complex with the huge Honey Pig BBQ. I am not sure if they underwent new management, but the menu is now QR code based with similar dishes from before. When we went for dinner, there was only one server taking orders and also bringing out the food, so it was a little slow on that end especially if you have more than 3 tables to take care of.As for food, they offer a more variety of banchan from the last time I remember dining in. We ordered pretty simple dishes this time around - Mul naengmyun (noodles in a cold broth) and Dogani Tang (ox knee tendon soup). As far as price, it's decent. For the quality and portion of the naengmyun, we thought it was on the higher side. The dogani tang was definitely at a fair price for the flavor and portion size.We will definitely come back to try the other dishes

I'd come before for their Bossam and they don't use lettuce, they use cabbage, which changes the texture and the taste. It's not bad but it's not what I'm used to. The space is clean and the staff speak English and Korean. Everyone is kind but still not what I'm used to eating.

A fan of banchan, I try to find Korean restaurants that actually serve a variety. This restaurant had that going for it as well as it being open on Christmas Eve. So glad I went. I drove 45 minutes and it was worth the trip. A small family oriented restaurant I had the dumplings and Bibimbap. Enough for me for two meals and tasty. It was clean as well and the staff was friendly. The aforementioned banchan was delicious and fresh and plentiful. There are several other Korean restaurants in the area and I would return.

The place is clean and service is good. It was not busy during lunchtime on a Wednesday. The banchan was great and very fresh. I got the mixed soon dubu (regular spicy level), which was good although not the best I've had. It was a touch spicier than I prefer. My husband got the beef bibimbap, which was very good. Fair prices. Overall a good place to stop for Korean food in Ellicott City.

I liked the ambiance of the restaurant and that it wasn't busy on a Sunday for lunch. All of the banchan that came to the table was delicious. I ordered the Galbi Combo with Tofu Soup. The galbi was flavorful and marinated well. The tofu soup packed a bit in flavor and I wish it had more soup since I like to mix the broth with rice to eat it. I've had better tofu soup at other Korean restaurants. Overall, I enjoyed the customer service and the variety on the menu, but was a little disappointed in the food.

Top 3 Korean in DMV imo. Quality banchan. Well marinated Kalbi. Rice is perfectly cooked. You can tell the execution is done very well.
