After a big Christmas Eve party with the family, we were in the mood for something easy for an early dinner on Christmas Day. So, we knew we could count on WinLi to provide us with the perfect meal. We called in our order and they had it ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The one thing we can always count with WinLi is consistently good food and service. Today was no different. We enjoyed 2 of the Combination Plates - Sesame Chicken with Fried Rice and a Pork Egg Roll and Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables with Fried Rice and a Pork Egg Roll. The portions are so generous that we always have enough for lunch the next day. The food is freshly prepared and full of flavor. We were delighted with our dinners. Thank you for being open on Christmas Day - we hope it was a great day for you as well!

This place is great. Quick, efficient, reliable and tasty. I always get the sesame chicken. The chicken is tender. The white rice is perfectly cooked. The sauce is simple but flavorful. You get huge portion sizes. A definite go to when you want a take out dinner.

Ever since my go-to Chinese place closed in Timonium, I'm looking for the next best thing! I was in the area for the MVA and decided to check Winli out for takeout since they have great reviews.I ordered via phone and got a Kung Lao chicken combo, small beef lo mein, hot and sour soup, and pork fried dumplings! Food was ready pretty quickly. I had a 20 min drive home and had to do a few things before eating when I got home and the food was still really hot. It was all delicious and portions were big! I had enough for 3 meals in my order. I would totally come back when I am in the area.

The Food was tremendous. Although it's a takeout joint the food is more than worth the trip.I drove 30 minutes from the other side of Bmore for takeout!!But when I tell you the eats were incredibly fresh, the flavors were distinct and clear and the egg drop soup was to die for I am not even exaggerating...

How good does a Chinese spot need to be for some Baltimore city folks to drive alllll the way out to Parkville to pick up one of the meals that is usually best enjoyed when delivered? It needs to be Winli good baybeee.You really can't go wrong here. General Tsos with white meat is a go to. We also love their Mongolian Beef. I've also tried the Honey Chicken, but prefer the Generals to it. Their red curry dish is good as well.What I'm trying to say here is...you can't go wrong!

Recently moved to the area and hoped to find some good Asian food without having to travel to the place with which I'm familiar. Therefore, I took to Yelp to see what my fellow Yelpers had to say about places in the area. You all did not disappoint with Winli, so I thank you! This will be my new favorite place.So, when it comes to Asian food I can be a bit "boujie." All Asian food is not the same and I feel like I can't eat it from every Asian restaurant, even when getting something basic-I've had restaurants do rice wrong in the past. Nonetheless, Winli is FAR from that. The food here is amazing. I ordered the small vegetable lo mein and small shrimp fried rice. The vegetable lo mein had nice size portions of fresh cut veggies and was a great deal of lo mein, could be considered a medium portion in other carryouts. The shrimp fried rice had huge pieces of shrimp in such a small box, I was quite surprised. These weren't the salad shrimp other restaurants try to throw in their fried rice. These were large sized shrimp and a plentiful amount. The food here was so fresh, not heavy, and hot. Winli is a carryout. You cannot eat in but they are SUPER clean! The price to portion and taste ratio is no match. Since the prices are decent yet the quality of food is beyond "carryout" status. This should be a restaurant. One thing I can really appreciate about Winli is they have all day specials, not just lunch specials. Another thing I love is that they allow you to get your own packets of soy sauce, duck sauce, hot sauce, and hot mustard. They aren't like most other restaurants where they ration the packets out to customers or charge extra if you ask for extra.

Something in my Hunan shrimp had a spoiled taste. Don't think it was the shrimp. Similar experience at Happy China a few months back. Not trusting American/Chinese restaurants around Parkville.
